【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì)的信息化程度日益增長(zhǎng),對(duì)教師知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)和能力素質(zhì)提出了更高要求。現(xiàn)代教育教學(xué)改革的成功關(guān)鍵因素之一是教師的信息化教學(xué)能力。因此,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究者和實(shí)踐者應(yīng)尋求新的發(fā)展策略,以提高教師信息化教學(xué)能力。以河北省六所高校的英語(yǔ)教師為研究對(duì)象,在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和訪談探究新時(shí)代背景下教師對(duì)信息化教學(xué)的態(tài)度、教師在信息化教學(xué)方面的知識(shí)和能力以及信息化教學(xué)資源和環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,提出了提升教師信息化教學(xué)能力的策略:持續(xù)開展信息化教學(xué)能力提升培訓(xùn);強(qiáng)化教師自主學(xué)習(xí)觀念;構(gòu)建良好的信息化教學(xué)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the information level of the society is increasing day by day, which puts forward higher requirements to the teachers' knowledge structure and ability quality. One of the key factors to the success of modern education and teaching reform is teachers' informational teaching ability. Therefore, teachers' professional development researchers and practitioners should seek new development strategies in order to improve teachers' information-based teaching ability. Taking the English teachers of six universities in Hebei Province as the research object, based on the literature research, this paper probes into the teachers' attitude towards the information-based teaching under the background of the new era through questionnaires and interviews. Teachers' knowledge and ability in information-based teaching, as well as the present situation of informational teaching resources and environment, are put forward in this paper. The strategies of improving teachers' information-based teaching ability are put forward: continuous development of information-based teaching ability and training, strengthening of teachers' concept of autonomous learning; Build a good information teaching environment.
