【摘要】：以往的主題詞研究主要關(guān)注詞匯之間的差異,卻忽略了詞匯共性體現(xiàn)出來的語域特征。本研究將語料庫語言學(xué)的主題詞分析法擴(kuò)展到主題概念,以英文摘要中的正向主題概念為研究對(duì)象(positive key concept),利用UCREL USAS語義分析系統(tǒng)提取了科技論文英文摘要語料庫的所有正向主題概念,即英文摘要語料庫比通用語料庫超用的具有顯著意義的語義概念,然后對(duì)這些核心語義概念進(jìn)行了深入分析,歸納了信息類、組織類、評(píng)價(jià)類三大類主題概念,構(gòu)建出英文摘要核心語義系統(tǒng)的三維空間。接下來考察了每個(gè)類別里具有典型意義的通用主題概念,并從縱深的語步維度和橫向的跨學(xué)科維度探討了主題概念在分布上的差異性。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),這三大類主題概念在句法、語義和語用功能上都有各自的特點(diǎn),在不同語步和學(xué)科的分布也存在明顯差異,從而證實(shí)了主題概念分析法在語體變異研究中的重要角色。主題概念分析法可以使關(guān)注點(diǎn)從詞匯差異性研究轉(zhuǎn)向詞匯共性研究,構(gòu)建出特定語篇的核心語義框架,為學(xué)術(shù)英語的語義研究提供嶄新的視角。
[Abstract]:Previous studies focused on lexical differences, but ignored the register features of lexical commonalities.This study extends the subject word analysis of Corpus Linguistics to the concept of topic.Taking the positive key concept as the object of study, all the forward topic concepts in the corpus of English abstracts of scientific papers are extracted by using the UCREL USAS semantic analysis system.That is to say, the English abstract corpus has significant semantic concepts than the common corpus, and then makes a deep analysis of these core semantic concepts, and concludes three categories of thematic concepts: information class, organization class and evaluation class.The three-dimensional space of the core semantic system of English abstract is constructed.Then we examine the generic thematic concepts with typical meanings in each category and discuss the differences in the distribution of thematic concepts from the depth of the step dimension and the horizontal interdisciplinary dimension.It is found that these three categories of thematic concepts have their own characteristics in syntax, semantics and pragmatic functions, and there are obvious differences in the distribution of different steps and disciplines.Thus, it confirms the important role of thematic conceptual analysis in the study of stylistic variation.Thematic conceptual analysis can change the focus from the study of lexical differences to the study of lexical commonness, and construct the core semantic framework of specific discourse, which provides a new perspective for the semantic study of academic English.
