【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)5所高校的160名大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及數(shù)據(jù)分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn),雖然部分大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師通過(guò)有效教學(xué)反思模式促進(jìn)專業(yè)的提升,并取得很好的成績(jī),但整體效果不樂(lè)觀,特別是在"教師工作坊"方面。同時(shí)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師選擇教學(xué)反思模式促進(jìn)專業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力及理由大多與職稱評(píng)定關(guān)聯(lián),這造成職稱評(píng)定前后的階段性差異。主要原因在于動(dòng)力來(lái)自外部,而非自發(fā)的、持久的。另一方面,學(xué)歷較低、教齡較短的大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師在選擇有效教學(xué)反思模式促進(jìn)專業(yè)發(fā)展的各個(gè)維度得分都相對(duì)較低。優(yōu)秀大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師和普通大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師相比,在選擇有效教學(xué)反思模式促進(jìn)專業(yè)發(fā)展的各個(gè)維度得分都較高,說(shuō)明有效的教學(xué)反思模式對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量和自身的專業(yè)技能有幫助。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis of 160 college English teachers in 5 colleges and universities, this paper finds that although some college English teachers promote professional promotion through effective teaching reflection mode, they have achieved good results.But the overall effect is not optimistic, especially in the "teacher workshop".At the same time, the motivation and reasons for college English teachers to choose the teaching reflection mode to promote professional development are mostly related to the professional title evaluation, which results in the stage difference before and after the professional title evaluation.The main reason is that the power comes from the outside, not the spontaneous, lasting.On the other hand, college English teachers with lower academic qualifications and shorter teaching years have lower scores in each dimension of choosing effective teaching reflection mode to promote professional development.Compared with ordinary college English teachers, excellent college English teachers have higher scores in choosing effective teaching reflection mode to promote professional development, which indicates that effective teaching reflection mode is helpful to teaching quality and professional skills.
