【摘要】：隨著國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),我國(guó)高等教育改革勢(shì)在必行,其中教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展成為高等教育改革的重要內(nèi)容。教師作為高等教育改革的主力軍,其專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境受到諸多因素的影響和制約。本文結(jié)合國(guó)際化背景,以西部民族地區(qū)高校英語(yǔ)教師為研究對(duì)象,在構(gòu)建西部民族地區(qū)高校英語(yǔ)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境滿(mǎn)意度評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,以廣西為實(shí)證研究對(duì)象,選取廣西區(qū)內(nèi)六所高校中的英語(yǔ)教師進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,具體分析影響教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境滿(mǎn)意度的因素,據(jù)此提出有針對(duì)性的對(duì)策建議,以期為促進(jìn)廣西等西部民族地區(qū)高等教育國(guó)際化和高校英語(yǔ)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)化的協(xié)同發(fā)展提供若干參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of internationalization, the reform of higher education in our country is imperative, in which the professional development of teachers becomes an important part of the reform of higher education. Its professional development environment is influenced and restricted by many factors. On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of professional development environment satisfaction of college English teachers in western minority areas, taking Guangxi as the empirical research object, the English teachers in six colleges and universities in Guangxi are selected to carry on the questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the satisfaction of teachers' professional development environment, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. In order to promote the internationalization of higher education in western minority areas such as Guangxi and the coordinated development of the specialization of English teachers in colleges and universities, this paper provides some references and references.
