【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,政治、軍事、經(jīng)濟和社會生活等各個領(lǐng)域?qū)W(wǎng)絡(luò)的依賴不斷加深,人類社會進入了網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間時代。網(wǎng)絡(luò)為人類帶來許多便利的同時,網(wǎng)絡(luò)戰(zhàn)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)攻擊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)竊密、網(wǎng)絡(luò)犯罪、網(wǎng)絡(luò)恐怖主義等不斷涌現(xiàn),對國家安全提出了嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全問題已成為信息時代人類共同面臨的挑戰(zhàn),世界各國紛紛將網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全提升到國家戰(zhàn)略高度予以重視,中國也不例外。2014年2月27日,中央網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全和信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組成立,標志著中國已正式將網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全提升至國家安全的高度。加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全已成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。近年來,歐盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全建設(shè)取得了明顯進展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全戰(zhàn)略形成科學(xué)布局。因此網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全英語文本的翻譯對構(gòu)建我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全體系有著較好的參考價值。本翻譯報告主要由兩部分組成。第一部分是約2萬2千字的翻譯實踐。翻譯原文選自George Christou著的《歐盟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全—治理策略的彈性和適應(yīng)性》。該書介紹了歐盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的政策和策略,論述了歐盟在網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全上取得的進展,以及為確保安全和彈性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間未來仍需做出的努力。第二部分是翻譯報告,共分為五章:第一章介紹翻譯項目的背景、理論依據(jù)、意義,并概述翻譯報告的結(jié)構(gòu);第二章介紹原文作者,描述原文內(nèi)容,并論述原文語言風(fēng)格;第三章對翻譯過程進行敘述,包括譯前準備、譯中以及譯后校對;第四章是本篇翻譯報告的重點,討論翻譯難點,并結(jié)合具體案例,講述在翻譯中采用的翻譯方法和技巧。在翻譯過程中,譯者在尤金·奈達的功能對等理論的指導(dǎo)下,運用詞性轉(zhuǎn)換、增譯、順譯、逆譯、分譯等翻譯方法進行英漢翻譯實踐,從而實現(xiàn)原文與譯文的功能對等;第五章對本次翻譯進行總結(jié)。通過本次翻譯實踐,譯者對歐盟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全有系統(tǒng)的了解,在翻譯過程中積累了翻譯經(jīng)驗,從而提高了自身的翻譯能力。同時,譯本能夠提供網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的相關(guān)信息,使讀者進一步了解歐盟的網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全體系建設(shè)、增強網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全意識,為我國進行歐盟網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全的研究和構(gòu)建我國安全體系提供了參考文本。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and wide application of network technology, the dependence on network in politics, military affairs, economy and social life has been deepened, and human society has entered the era of cyberspace. Network brings a lot of convenience to mankind, at the same time, network warfare, network attack, network theft, network crime, network terrorism and so on are constantly emerging, which poses a severe challenge to national security. The problem of network security has become a common challenge for mankind in the information age. Countries all over the world attach importance to network security to the height of national strategy. China is no exception. On February 27, 2014, The establishment of the Central leading Group on Network Security and Informatization symbolizes that China has formally elevated its network security to the high level of national security. It is urgent to strengthen network security. In recent years, the construction of network security in EU has made remarkable progress, and the strategy of network security forms a scientific layout. Therefore, the translation of network security English texts has a good reference value for the construction of our network security system. This translation report consists of two parts. The first part is about 22, 000 words translation practice. From George Christou, "Network Security in the EU-flexibility and adaptability of Governance Strategies". The book introduces the policies and strategies of the European Union on network security, discusses the progress of the European Union in the area of network security, and the efforts still to be made to ensure a secure and flexible cyberspace in the future. The second part is the translation report, which is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the background, theoretical basis and significance of the translation project, and outlines the structure of the translation report, the second chapter introduces the author of the original text, describes the content of the original text, and discusses the style of the original language. The third chapter describes the translation process, including pre-translation preparation, translation and post-translation proofreading. Chapter four is the focus of this translation report, discusses the translation difficulties, and combined with specific cases, describes the translation methods and techniques used in translation. In the process of translation, under the guidance of Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory, the translator implements the functional equivalence between the original and the target text by means of part-of-speech translation, incremental translation, smooth translation, reverse translation, split translation and so on. Chapter five summarizes this translation. Through this translation practice, translators have a systematic understanding of the network security of the European Union and have accumulated translation experience in the process of translation, thus improving their translation ability. At the same time, the translation can provide relevant information on network security, enable readers to further understand the construction of the network security system of the European Union, and enhance the awareness of network security. It provides the reference text for our country to carry on the research of European Union network security and construct our country security system.
