【摘要】：20世紀上半葉的近代中國,國內(nèi)正處于社會變革特殊的歷史背景之下,國外文化、藝術(shù)思潮的涌入為中國文學(xué)和藝術(shù)獲得了很大的創(chuàng)作空間,書籍印刷和裝訂技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,為文學(xué)和藝術(shù)的視覺展現(xiàn)提供了必不可少的物質(zhì)傳播條件。期刊雜志作為民國時期全面興起并盛行的新型傳播媒介,對推進社會文明進步和提升人們的文化水平及審美趣味起到舉足輕重的作用。因此,字體作為期刊封面不可或缺的重要組成部分,其設(shè)計風(fēng)格體現(xiàn)和代表著期刊本身的藝術(shù)特征,具有重要的藝術(shù)價值。本文以中國近代美術(shù)期刊封面的字體為探索視角,對其藝術(shù)特征通過大量的實例展開深入的分析和研究。在中西方文化碰撞交融的過程中,美術(shù)期刊封面的字體經(jīng)歷了由傳統(tǒng)向現(xiàn)代設(shè)計元素的階段性演變過程,書法字體、印刷字體、美術(shù)字體的設(shè)計及應(yīng)用顯現(xiàn)出十分鮮明的時代特色及審美特征。本文通過許志浩先生編著的《中國美術(shù)期刊過眼錄》(1911年——1949年,上海書畫出版社出版發(fā)行,上海市浦江印刷廠印刷,1992年6月第一版)中所提供的的附頁部分,記錄了近代126幅珍貴的美術(shù)期刊封面圖錄,作為本文的研究載體和依據(jù)。通過前期的收集、統(tǒng)計、整理、專業(yè)掃描和后期的分類、制作,再現(xiàn)其封面字體原貌,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究其多樣化藝術(shù)風(fēng)格和形成的影響因素。本文共五章內(nèi)容,第一章首先介紹了選題的背景和意義,以及本文的主要研究內(nèi)容和方法;第二章通過概述中國近代的歷史背景、當(dāng)時的美術(shù)期刊和封面字體,進一步分析和歸納了現(xiàn)代字體設(shè)計的起源和發(fā)展;第三章分析了中國近代美術(shù)期刊封面字體的分類與演變趨勢,在時間、環(huán)境、技術(shù)、需求等因素不斷變化的基礎(chǔ)上,具體分為傳統(tǒng)書法字體、標準印刷字體、裝飾美術(shù)字體三大類,通過選取部分典型的優(yōu)秀作品進行深入分析、研究其字體設(shè)計的多樣化藝術(shù)風(fēng)格,并從視覺導(dǎo)向、圖文混排、字體組合三個方面對字體設(shè)計的布局編排特點進行了分析歸納;第四章從國內(nèi)外的藝術(shù)思潮、設(shè)計運動方面分析了美術(shù)期刊封面字體設(shè)計發(fā)展的影響因素;第五章闡述了中國近代美術(shù)期刊封面字體設(shè)計的藝術(shù)價值與啟示意義。本文分析總結(jié)了中國近代美術(shù)期刊封面字體設(shè)計發(fā)展過程中較為典型的藝術(shù)特征,結(jié)合近代的歷史背景梳理發(fā)展脈絡(luò),從而更好地促進當(dāng)今字體設(shè)計的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In 20th century, in the first half of modern China, China is under the special historical background of social change. The influx of foreign culture and art trend has obtained great creative space for Chinese literature and art. The rapid development of the printing and binding technology of books provides the essential material communication conditions for the visual display of literature and art. Periodicals and magazines as a new type of media which rose and prevailed in an all-round way during the period of the Republic of China. It plays an important role in promoting the progress of social civilization and improving people's cultural level and aesthetic taste. Therefore, font is an indispensable part of the cover of periodicals. Its design style embodies and represents the artistic characteristics of the periodical itself, which has important artistic value. This article takes the font of the cover of the Chinese modern art periodical as the exploration angle. Through a large number of examples to carry out in-depth analysis and research. In the process of cultural collision between China and the West, the cover of art periodicals has undergone a gradual evolution from traditional to modern design elements. Calligraphy fonts, printed fonts. The design and application of fine arts fonts show very distinct characteristics of the times and aesthetic features. This article is based on the "record of the eyes of Chinese Fine Arts periodicals" (1911-1949) compiled by Mr. Xu Zhihao. Published by Shanghai calligraphy and painting Publishing House and printed by Shanghai Pujiang Printing House, June 1992, the attached pages recorded 126 precious art periodicals cover covers in modern times. As the research carrier and basis of this paper. Through the previous collection, statistics, collation, professional scanning and post-classification, production, reproduction of its cover font original appearance. The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic, as well as the main research contents and methods. The second chapter analyzes and summarizes the origin and development of modern font design by summarizing the historical background of modern China, art periodicals and cover fonts at that time. The third chapter analyzes the classification and evolution trend of cover fonts in modern Chinese art periodicals. On the basis of changing time, environment, technology, demand and other factors, it is divided into traditional calligraphy fonts and standard print fonts. Decorative art font three categories, through the selection of some typical excellent works for in-depth analysis, the study of the variety of art styles of font design, and from the visual direction, picture and text mixed arrangement. The layout and arrangement characteristics of font design are analyzed and summarized in three aspects of font combination. Chapter 4th analyzes the factors that influence the development of the cover font design of fine arts periodicals from the aspects of art trend of thought and design movement at home and abroad. Chapter 5th expounds the artistic value and enlightening significance of the cover font design of Chinese modern fine arts periodicals. This paper analyzes and summarizes the typical artistic features in the course of the development of the cover font design of Chinese modern fine arts periodicals. Combing with the historical background of modern times, this paper combs the development context, thus promotes the application and development of the font design.
