【摘要】：目的:研究沙棘三寶膠囊對(duì)大鼠肝纖維化的影響。方法:將大鼠隨機(jī)分為空白對(duì)照組(16只,生理鹽水1.0 mL/kg)、陰性對(duì)照組(16只,橄欖油1.0 mL/kg)和肝纖維化模型組(40只,CCl_4+橄欖油1.0 mL/kg)。將成功造模大鼠分為模型組(8只,生理鹽水1.0 mL/kg)、沙棘三寶膠囊組(每組8只,沙棘三寶膠囊低、中、高劑量組,劑量分別為0.13、0.26、0.65g/kg)、空白組(8只,生理鹽水1.0 mL/kg)、陰性對(duì)照組(8只,橄欖油1.0 mL/kg)。每天灌胃給藥1次,連續(xù)60天。使用生化分析儀檢測(cè)血清中肝功能相關(guān)指標(biāo)ALT、AST,使用放射免疫法檢測(cè)透明質(zhì)酸(HA)、Ⅳ型膠原(CIV)的變化并做組織病理學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果:中、高劑量的沙棘三寶膠囊能夠明顯降低肝纖維化大鼠HA、ALT、AST含量(P0.05)并能抑制大鼠肝組織纖維化增生。其中,中劑量藥物干預(yù)肝纖維化的作用更優(yōu)。結(jié)論:沙棘三寶膠囊對(duì)大鼠肝纖維化有一定的干預(yù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Hippophae rhamnoides Sanbao capsule on hepatic fibrosis in rats. Methods: the rats were randomly divided into control group (n = 16, physiological saline 1.0 mL / kg), negative control group (n = 16, olive oil 1.0 mL / kg) and hepatic fibrosis model group (n = 40, CCl4 olive oil 1.0 mL / kg). The successful model rats were divided into three groups: model group (8 rats, physiological saline 1.0 mL / kg), seabuckthorn Sanbao capsule group (8 rats in each group, low, medium and high dose groups, 0.130.26 ~ 0.65 g / kg), blank group (8, physiological saline 1.0 mL / kg), negative control group (8), Olive oil 1.0 mL / kg. Once a day by gavage for 60 days. Serum alt AST, HA and CIV were detected by biochemical analyzer and histopathological observation. Results: high dose of Hippophae rhamnoides Sanbao capsule could significantly reduce the content of HAA ALT AST in rats with hepatic fibrosis (P0.05) and inhibit the proliferation of hepatic fibrosis in rats. Among them, the effect of middle dose drugs on hepatic fibrosis is better. Conclusion: Hippophae rhamnoides Sanbao capsule has a certain effect on hepatic fibrosis in rats.
