呼和浩特市機動車尾排污染現(xiàn)狀調查分析及防控對策

【摘要】:目前全國范圍的機動車尾排污染逐年嚴重,首要影響的便是近年來大眾關注的空氣質量。呼和浩特市(以下簡稱呼市)為內蒙古自治區(qū)首府,所屬機動車保有量逐年遞增,其污染態(tài)勢也越來越嚴重。因此,呼市所屬機動車尾排污染分析及研究工作亟待開展。本課題首先通過對呼市機動車排氣檢測管理中心和車輛管理所進行數(shù)據(jù)調研,然后針對呼市機動車保有量進行統(tǒng)計分析、應用CVEM模型計算各主要污染物的排放因子,再對機動車以車型類別、燃油品種、排放國標、污染程度和車輛品牌進行了細致的劃分,全面對比分析了各劃分種類的4項尾排污染物(CO、HC、NOX、PM)排放情況及其對應分擔率,并分析得出了以下結論:(1)線性相關:機動車保有量與GDP正線性關系良好;排污量與保有量正線性關系良好。(2)從車型類別劃分方面來說:小型載客汽車的CO、HC污染排放最高;重型載貨汽車的NOx、PM污染排放最高。(3)從燃油類型劃分方面來說:汽油車的CO排放最高;柴油車的NOx、PM排放最高。(4)從排放標準劃分方面來說:低排放標準汽車在保有量逐漸減少的情況下,其尾排污染物排放量仍占有很大比重,尤其是PM的徘放。(5)從環(huán)保標志劃分方面來說:"黃標車"的4項污染物排放占比較大。(6)從車輛品牌劃分方面來說:各汽車品牌中,德系車的CO排放水平最高;國產(chǎn)車的HC、NOX、PM排放水平最高;日系車排放水平最低。該角度作為本論文的創(chuàng)新點,可用作民眾參考汽車品牌污染水平的泛指導參考意見。進一步針對呼市機動車尾排污染防治工作中存在的問題,從法律法規(guī)、行政措施、科研技術、實際情況、民眾環(huán)保意識和辯證思維這6個方面進行分析,并提出對策建議,為呼市機動車尾排污染研究治理工作提供數(shù)據(jù)支持的同時,合理的對機動車尾排污染治理工作獻計納策。
[Abstract]:At present, nationwide vehicle exhaust pollution is serious year by year, and the primary impact is the air quality that the public has paid close attention to in recent years. Hohhot City (hereinafter referred to as Hohhot City) is the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region, and the number of motor vehicles owned has been increasing year by year. The pollution situation is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out the analysis and research work of the tail exhaust pollution of the vehicle belonging to the city. Firstly, through the investigation of the data of the vehicle exhaust detection management center and the vehicle management institute in the city, Then, according to the statistics and analysis of the vehicle ownership in Huhu City, the emission factors of the main pollutants are calculated by using CVEM model, and then the classification of the vehicle by vehicle type, fuel type, emission national standard, pollution degree and vehicle brand is carried out in detail. In this paper, the emission situation and corresponding sharing rate of four kinds of tail discharge pollutants, COHCHCONXN, are compared and analyzed, and the following conclusions are drawn: the positive linear relationship between vehicle ownership and GDP is good, and the following conclusions are obtained: (1) there is a good positive linear relationship between vehicle ownership and GDP. The positive linear relationship between sewage discharge and holding capacity is good. (2) in terms of the classification of vehicle type: the COOHC pollution emission of small passenger vehicles is the highest; The emission of no _ XO _ (PM) in heavy duty truck is the highest. (3) in terms of the classification of fuel type, the CO emission of gasoline vehicle is the highest; In terms of emission standards, low emission standard vehicles still account for a large proportion of emissions of pollutants from the tail when the number of vehicles in possession is gradually decreasing. In particular, PM Pai Fong 5) from the environmental protection label division: "Yellow car" of the four pollutants emissions are relatively large. 6) from the vehicle brand division: among the vehicle brands, German cars have the highest level of CO emissions; The emission level of HCG NOXX PM is the highest and the emission level of Japanese vehicle is the lowest. This angle is the innovation point of this paper. It can be used as a general reference for the public to refer to the pollution level of automobile brands. Further, in view of the problems existing in the prevention and control of vehicle exhaust pollution in Huhou City, from the laws and regulations, administrative measures, scientific research technology, actual situation, This paper analyzes the six aspects of people's environmental protection consciousness and dialectical thinking, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, which can provide data support for the research and treatment of vehicle tail exhaust pollution in Huhu City, and at the same time, make reasonable suggestions to the control work of vehicle tail exhaust pollution.
