【摘要】： 本文在歷史唯物主義和辯證唯物主義史觀的指導(dǎo)下,以海洋史學(xué)為研究構(gòu)架,綜合運用海洋科學(xué)及管理科學(xué)的研究概念和方法,對中國古代的海洋管理進(jìn)行整體研究,找尋海洋史學(xué)下的中國古代海洋管理史的研究路徑,考察和論述古代中國海洋管理的狀況以及海洋管理與中國社會變遷之間的關(guān)系,全文共分七章。 第一章為緒論,界定本研究的相關(guān)概念和研究對象,進(jìn)行學(xué)術(shù)史的回顧,闡明本研究的學(xué)術(shù)意義以及研究的方法,介紹本文的研究思路。 第二章介紹中國古代海洋觀念變化及海洋權(quán)益的管理,圍繞海界、海島開發(fā)和管理以及海防論述民間的海洋觀念,以及中央朝廷是如何在民間已經(jīng)開發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)上逐步建立起其海洋觀念并開始保護(hù)其海洋權(quán)益的。 第三章論述中國傳統(tǒng)海洋漁業(yè)的管理,考察中國傳統(tǒng)海洋漁業(yè)的艱難發(fā)展,詳細(xì)分析其管理歷程,力圖從中揭示傳統(tǒng)海洋漁業(yè)管理的困境。 第四章主要討論古代傳統(tǒng)航海運輸貿(mào)易的管理,論述傳統(tǒng)航海運輸貿(mào)易在歷代不同政權(quán)的不同管理政策,以及國家對民間私人貿(mào)易的控制。 第五章探討傳統(tǒng)海洋鹽業(yè)管理體制的變化,著重分析海洋鹽業(yè)基層組織與管理,以及傳統(tǒng)海洋鹽業(yè)管理中的悖論關(guān)系,揭示傳統(tǒng)海洋鹽業(yè)管理的矛盾所在。 第六章以海洋商人和海洋漁民的民間自發(fā)組織為例,說明民間海洋發(fā)展和管理傳統(tǒng)的自主延續(xù)。 第七章總結(jié)中國古代海洋管理的特點及其對當(dāng)代海洋管理的啟示。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of historical materialism and dialectical materialism , this paper takes the marine history as the research framework , synthetically applies the research concept and method of marine science and management science , and finds out the research path of the ancient Chinese ocean management history under the history of marine history , and explores and discusses the relationship between the state of the ancient Chinese ocean management and the relationship between the ocean management and the social change in China . The whole text is divided into seven chapters .


The first chapter is the introduction , defines the relevant concepts and research objects of the study , reviews the academic history , expounds the academic significance of the study and the methods of research , and introduces the research thinking of this paper .


The second chapter introduces the changes of the ancient Chinese ocean concept and the management of the marine rights and interests , the development and management of the sea , the management of the sea island and the civil society concept , and how the central government gradually sets up its maritime concept on the basis of the development of the civil society and begins to protect its marine rights .


Chapter Three discusses the management of Chinese traditional marine fishery , investigates the difficult development of Chinese traditional marine fishery , analyzes its management course in detail , and tries to reveal the plight of traditional marine fishery management .


The fourth chapter mainly discusses the management of the ancient traditional maritime transport trade , discusses the different management policies of the traditional maritime transport trade in different regimes in different generations , and the control of the state to private private trade .


The fifth chapter discusses the changes of the traditional marine salt industry management system , emphatically analyses the relationship between the basic layer organization and management of the marine salt industry , and the paradox of the traditional marine salt industry management , and reveals the contradiction between the traditional marine salt industry management .


Chapter 6 illustrates the autonomous renewal of the traditional folk ocean development and management tradition by taking the civil society as an example of the marine merchants and the marine fishermen .


Chapter 7 summarizes the characteristics of ancient Chinese ocean management and its inspiration to contemporary ocean management .
