【摘要】：我們通常所說(shuō)的“農(nóng)民起義”的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人并不都是農(nóng)民,但是只要具有政治目的,實(shí)際上就是來(lái)自社會(huì)下層的反政府武裝,而皇親國(guó)戚的叛亂和藩鎮(zhèn)軍閥的割據(jù)則是來(lái)自社會(huì)上層的反政府武裝。至于那些沒(méi)有政治目的土匪、強(qiáng)盜、邪教、幫派、會(huì)黨等黑社會(huì)勢(shì)力則是反社會(huì)武裝。反政府武裝和反社會(huì)武裝都會(huì)給社會(huì)帶來(lái)動(dòng)亂,然而民眾卻往往對(duì)他們寄予同情,那是因?yàn)槊癖妼?duì)政府不滿而又不能用合法的方法去更換它。反政府武裝的結(jié)局與原則只有一個(gè)——成則為王,敗則為寇。反政府武裝和政府的斗爭(zhēng)不是階級(jí)斗爭(zhēng),但是卻推動(dòng)了改朝換代,也是造成古代社會(huì)動(dòng)亂不已的原因。研究反政府武裝的目的是為了設(shè)計(jì)出理性明智的政治制度,建設(shè)和諧安定的社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:The leaders of what we commonly call "peasant uprisings" are not all peasants, but as long as they have a political purpose, they are actually rebels from the lower strata of society. On the other hand, the rebellion of the imperial relatives and the separation of the town warlords from the upper echelons of society are anti-government forces. As for the bandits, bandits, cults, gangs, Triad forces, such as the Congress Party, are anti-social armed forces. Both anti-government and anti-social armed forces will bring unrest to society, but the people often feel sympathy for them. That is because the public is dissatisfied with the government and cannot replace it in a legal way. There is only one outcome and principle of the anti-government armed forces: one is the king, the other is the defeat. The struggle between the anti-government armed forces and the government is not a class struggle. But it promoted the transformation of the regime and caused the social unrest in ancient times. The purpose of the study of the anti-government armed forces is to design a rational and sensible political system and to build a harmonious and stable society.
