【摘要】：宋朝針對羈縻州區(qū)少數(shù)民族變亂的總體目標(biāo)是盡量使變亂力量回歸和平,保持羈縻州區(qū)的長期穩(wěn)定。為此,宋朝在常規(guī)措施之外,采取了一系列特別的措施,如遣使詔諭、盟誓、以貿(mào)易優(yōu)惠及經(jīng)濟(jì)援助換取和平、"以蠻夷治蠻夷"等。這些措施總體上取得了預(yù)期的效果,維持了宋"蠻"之間的長期和平。但建立"隔離帶"的政策卻有違歷史發(fā)展的潮流,不利于漢"蠻"之間的交流與融合。
[Abstract]:The overall goal of the Song Dynasty in view of the ethnic unrest in Jiaozhou area was to make the disorder force return to peace as far as possible and to maintain the long-term stability of the Jimi region. Therefore, the Song Dynasty took a series of special measures in addition to the conventional measures. Such measures as "barbarian barbarians and barbarians" have, on the whole, achieved the desired results, such as the dispatch of the imperial decree, the oath of vows, the exchange of trade preferences and economic assistance for peace, and "barbarian treatment of barbarians." The policy of establishing the "belt of separation" is contrary to the trend of historical development and is not conducive to the exchange and integration between the Han "Man" and the Han "Man".
