從布魯姆對羅爾斯的誤解看施特勞斯學派政治哲學及其中國變體

【摘要】：羅爾斯政治建構(gòu)主義的正義理論受到以布魯姆為代表的施特勞斯古典學派的強烈批判。這一批判是建立在對羅爾斯政治哲學的誤解與敵意的基礎(chǔ)之上的。對布魯姆的重新審視有助于廓清施特勞斯學派政治哲學的特質(zhì)。而漢語學界的施特勞斯學派則進一步歪曲了施派的基本立場,拋棄了施派政治哲學僅有的合理內(nèi)核,并將其中不合時宜的部分推向極致。因此,施派以及中國施派的政治哲學主張在政治實踐上是荒謬和危險的。
[Abstract]:The justice theory of Rawls' political constructivism was strongly criticized by Strauss classical school represented by Bloom. This criticism is based on misunderstanding and hostility to Rawls' political philosophy. The re-examination of Bloom helps to clarify the characteristics of Strauss' political philosophy. However, the Strauss School of Chinese further distorts the basic position of the Scholars, abandons the only reasonable core of the political philosophy of the Scholars, and pushes the anachronistic part to the extreme. Therefore, the political philosophy of giving and Chinese giving is absurd and dangerous in political practice.
