【摘要】：區(qū)域合作的核心問題是實現(xiàn)區(qū)域秩序與國家利益的維護,但政治碎片化使這一問題的解決陷入兩難困境,即區(qū)域外的政治碎片化增加了區(qū)域整合的壓力,區(qū)域秩序的維護面臨分離化的危機;區(qū)域內的政治碎片化積聚了區(qū)域整合的阻力,國家利益的維護面臨內卷化的沖擊。對此,有三個方面的破解路徑,即轉變政治碎片化的演進趨勢,制定維護區(qū)域秩序與國家利益的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略;關切政治碎片化的多元需求,創(chuàng)造維護區(qū)域秩序與國家利益的發(fā)展動力;聚焦政治碎片化的核心難題,產出維護區(qū)域秩序與國家利益的發(fā)展成效。
[Abstract]:The core problem of regional cooperation is to realize the maintenance of regional order and national interests, but the political fragmentation makes the solution of this problem in a dilemma, that is, the political fragmentation outside the region increases the pressure of regional integration. The maintenance of regional order is facing the crisis of separation, the political fragmentation in the region has accumulated the resistance of regional integration, and the maintenance of national interests is facing the impact of inner-curl. In this regard, there are three ways to solve this problem, namely, to change the evolving trend of political fragmentation, to formulate a development strategy to safeguard regional order and national interests, and to be concerned about the pluralistic needs of political fragmentation, To create the motive force to maintain the regional order and the national interests, to focus on the core problems of political fragmentation, and to produce and maintain the regional order and the development effect of the national interests.
