【摘要】：西方國(guó)家政黨代表某個(gè)階級(jí)、階層或集團(tuán)的利益,所以,西方國(guó)家要通過(guò)政黨博弈去實(shí)現(xiàn)政治民主。但政黨博弈往往會(huì)演化成政黨惡斗而影響民主的質(zhì)量。中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨代表中國(guó)最廣大人民的根本利益,可以沖破政黨博弈的藩籬,但是要建立一整套有效的制度和機(jī)制體系,去保證人民真正當(dāng)家作主。
[Abstract]:Western political parties represent the interests of a certain class, class or group, so Western countries should realize political democracy through party games. But the party game often evolves into a political party fight and affects the quality of democracy. The Communist Party of China represents the fundamental interests of the vast majority of the Chinese people and can break through the barriers of the party game, but it is necessary to establish a set of effective systems and mechanisms to ensure that the people are the real masters of their own affairs.
