【摘要】：月令指包括《禮記·月令》在內(nèi)的一系列文獻(xiàn)。這些文獻(xiàn)以陰陽五行為框架,按月或季節(jié)規(guī)定了天子一年中的政令,具體規(guī)定雖不盡相同,但均以陰陽刑德理論為指導(dǎo)原則。月令可以看作是陰陽家在戰(zhàn)國中后期對即將出現(xiàn)的大一統(tǒng)帝國的一種規(guī)劃。這種規(guī)劃對西漢政治的影響主要體現(xiàn)在大赦和賞賜上,即體現(xiàn)國家恩惠的季節(jié)分布與月令的原則一致;而體現(xiàn)國家威嚴(yán)的刑罰和軍事行動及軍事訓(xùn)練的時間則不受影響。月令影響西漢政治的這種選擇性,與這些政令本身的特點有關(guān),也與西漢國家"霸王道雜之"的治國方略有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:A monthly order refers to a series of documents including the Rites order. These documents take the frame of the five acts of yin and yang and stipulate the political orders of the emperor in one year according to the month or season. Although the specific provisions are not the same, they all take the theory of Yin and Yang as the guiding principle. Yuling can be seen as a planning for the coming monolithic empire in the middle and late warring States. The influence of this kind of plan on the politics of the Western Han Dynasty was mainly embodied in amnesty and reward, that is, the seasonal distribution of national favor was consistent with the principle of the monthly order, but the time of the state's majestic punishment, military action and military training was not affected. This kind of selectivity which influenced the politics of the Western Han Dynasty is related to the characteristics of these decrees and to the ruling strategy of the Western Han Dynasty.
