【摘要】：明代六房繼承了宋元時(shí)代六房制度，又有新的發(fā)展，更加完善。 明代六房吏的產(chǎn)生途徑前期主要是僉充，后期則是告納，此外還有罰充等非常規(guī)手段。六房吏職掌廣泛，涵蓋了州縣治理中刑名錢糧等方面，擔(dān)負(fù)著維系州縣衙門(mén)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的重任。州縣六房額設(shè)吏員為司吏和典吏二級(jí)，此外還有非國(guó)家編制的書(shū)手。六房吏日常工作主要是處理各種文書(shū)牌票，其自身很少直接辦理具體事務(wù)，而是督辦和本房業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)的差役。雖然明代國(guó)家任官更加向科舉出身者傾斜，但是包括六房吏在內(nèi)的吏員仍有一定上升空間。六房吏雖然在法律和官府內(nèi)部有一定地位，但是俸給較少。 六房吏按照其職掌輔助州縣處理大量日常事務(wù)，維系州縣衙門(mén)的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。同時(shí)六房吏也有收取灰色收入，敗壞吏治等危害。
[Abstract]:Six houses inherited the six-room system in Song and Yuan dynasties in Ming Dynasty.In the Ming Dynasty, the generation of six-room officials was mainly legitimate charge in the early stage, but in the latter stage, there were other unconventional means, such as penalty charge and so on.Six-room officials have a wide range of responsibilities, covering the state and county governance in the area of money and grain, bearing the responsibility of maintaining the normal operation of state and county Yamen.State and county six-room officers for officials and officials, in addition to non-state-made bookseller.The daily work of the six-room officials is mainly dealing with all kinds of documents and tickets, which seldom directly handle the specific affairs, but supervise the officers related to the business of this room.Although the state officials of the Ming Dynasty were more inclined to the imperial examination, there was still room for the rise of the officials, including the officials of the six chambers.Although the six-bedroom officials have a certain position in the law and government, but pay less.Six-room officials in accordance with their duties to assist the state and county to handle a large number of daily affairs, to maintain the operation of the county Yamen.At the same time six-room officials also received gray income, corrupt officials and other hazards.
