【摘要】：第二輪志書中,社會(huì)團(tuán)體的設(shè)置存在稱謂不準(zhǔn)確,立題隨意和項(xiàng)目設(shè)置混亂的問題。這一現(xiàn)象反映出修志人員對(duì)社會(huì)團(tuán)體這一事物認(rèn)識(shí)的不足。修志者應(yīng)從有關(guān)法律法規(guī)、團(tuán)體章程和文件來理解和認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì)團(tuán)體、人民團(tuán)體、群眾團(tuán)體三個(gè)不同概念。中國(guó)大大小小團(tuán)體眾多,志書不可能把這些社會(huì)團(tuán)體都記述下來。要根據(jù)志書政治部類反映的內(nèi)容,確定哪些社會(huì)團(tuán)體可以入政治部類。一般來說,參與了國(guó)家政治活動(dòng)的團(tuán)體可以放入政治部類記述。其他的社會(huì)團(tuán)體,在行政上與哪個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)系緊密,就放到哪個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)中去記述。
[Abstract]:In the second annals, there are some problems in setting up social organizations, such as inaccuracy of appellations, random questions and confusion of project setting. This phenomenon reflects the lack of understanding of the social organization by the volunteers. Practitioners should understand and understand three different concepts of social organizations, people's organizations and mass organizations from relevant laws and regulations, articles of association and documents. There are so many large and small groups in China that it is impossible to write down these social groups in the annals. To determine which social groups can be included in the political Department according to the content reflected by the political Department. In general, groups involved in the political activities of the country can be included in the Department of political Affairs. Other social groups, with which they are administratively linked, are recorded in the same institution.
