【摘要】：清朝入關(guān)后的第三任皇帝雍正在位十三年,為清王朝傳承康乾盛世重用了大量人才。從雍正眾多的用人事例中可以看出,他的用人之道歸結(jié)起來就是專人專用,不拘一格,以"公、忠、能"三點(diǎn)為用人標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:Yongzheng, the third emperor of the Qing Dynasty, was under the throne for 13 years, reusing a large number of talents for the succession of the Qing Dynasty. It can be seen from the numerous cases of Yongzheng that his way of employing people comes down to three standards: "public, loyal and capable".
