【摘要】：隨著我國在國際經(jīng)濟(jì)舞臺(tái)上發(fā)揮的作用愈發(fā)重要,依托于"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略和亞投行的建立,我國的對(duì)外直接投資正在以大跨步的節(jié)奏迅速發(fā)展。但不容忽視的是,我國正面臨著經(jīng)濟(jì)下行的壓力,人民幣開始進(jìn)入貶值周期,并出現(xiàn)了匯率波動(dòng)的情況,這些與日本在20世紀(jì)80年代的處境十分相似�；谝陨媳尘�,本文選取了日本作為比較對(duì)象。首先從發(fā)達(dá)國家和發(fā)展中國家兩個(gè)角度梳理了對(duì)外直接投資的理論,并按照時(shí)間序列對(duì)中日兩國的對(duì)外直接投資發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了闡述;接著以宏觀因素為方向分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、貿(mào)易水平、國內(nèi)需求以及政策因素對(duì)對(duì)外直接投資的影響機(jī)制;最后通過對(duì)促進(jìn)對(duì)外直接投資的增長因素運(yùn)用因子分析的方法進(jìn)行研究,得出以下結(jié)論:一是影響我國對(duì)外直接投資的主要宏觀因子分別為宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)因子、需求因子和政策因子,它們?nèi)邔?duì)我國FDI的影響程度依次遞減;二是影響日本對(duì)外直接投資的宏觀因子是宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)因子和外貿(mào)因子,并且前者對(duì)日本FDI的作用程度大于后者;三是在對(duì)影響中日兩國對(duì)外直接投資的不同及相同因素進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析后,為繼續(xù)保持我國FDI總量的平穩(wěn)持續(xù)增長并盡量減小受目前負(fù)面環(huán)境的影響,提出了積極開拓國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)以擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需,完善對(duì)外直接投資政策戰(zhàn)略和促進(jìn)國際貿(mào)易活動(dòng)以帶動(dòng)對(duì)外投資增長,這三點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:As China plays an increasingly important role in the international economic arena, relying on the establishment of "Belt and Road" strategy and the AIIB, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) is developing at a rapid pace of great strides. China is facing downward pressure on its economy. The RMB has entered a depreciation cycle and experienced exchange rate fluctuations, which are very similar to those of Japan in 1980s. This paper selects Japan as the comparative object. Firstly, it combs the theory of FDI from the two angles of developed and developing countries, and expounds the development of FDI between China and Japan according to the time series. Then it analyzes the influence mechanism of economic development level, trade level, domestic demand and policy factors on FDI in the direction of macroscopical factors. Finally, by using factor analysis method to study the growth factors that promote FDI, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the main macroeconomic factors affecting FDI in China are macroeconomic factors, respectively. Demand factor and policy factor, the influence degree of them to FDI of our country is decreasing in turn; second, the macroeconomic factor and foreign trade factor that influence Japan's foreign direct investment are macroscopical factors, and the former has more effect on Japan's FDI than the latter. Third, after making a comparative analysis of the differences and the same factors affecting the foreign direct investment between China and Japan, in order to continue to maintain the steady and sustained growth of China's total FDI and to minimize the impact of the current negative environment, Three suggestions are put forward to expand domestic market expand domestic demand perfect foreign direct investment policy strategy and promote international trade activities to promote the growth of foreign investment.
