【摘要】：教育對外開放是國家對外開放的重要組成部分,是國家戰(zhàn)略與對外政策的外延。為此,我國教育對外開放應(yīng)主動適應(yīng)新時期"一帶一路"國家新戰(zhàn)略的要求,深刻認識"一帶一路"倡議的科學內(nèi)涵,充分利用"一帶一路"建設(shè)提供的大契機,構(gòu)建教育對外開放新模式,即從"內(nèi)向型"向"外生型"轉(zhuǎn)變,主動承擔起推動和引領(lǐng)世界教育發(fā)展的重任,為世界教育發(fā)展貢獻中國智慧,開啟我國教育對外開放新征程。
[Abstract]:Educational opening to the outside world is an important part of the opening up of the country and an extension of the national strategy and foreign policy. Therefore, China's educational opening to the outside world should actively adapt to the requirements of the new national strategy of "Belt and Road" in the new period. Deeply understand the scientific connotation of Belt and Road's initiative, make full use of the great opportunity provided by the construction of "Belt and Road", and construct a new mode of education opening to the outside world, that is, from "introverted" to "exogenous". We should take the initiative to promote and lead the development of education in the world, contribute Chinese wisdom to the development of education in the world, and open our country's education to the outside world.
