【摘要】：身份動(dòng)機(jī)理論認(rèn)為社會(huì)身份不只涉及群體成員的簡(jiǎn)單知識(shí)和內(nèi)群體關(guān)系的積極感覺,還包括為意義建構(gòu)和行動(dòng)提供準(zhǔn)備。基于情境社會(huì)認(rèn)知視角,身份動(dòng)機(jī)的潛在過程包括三個(gè)核心假設(shè):行動(dòng)與程序準(zhǔn)備、動(dòng)態(tài)建構(gòu)和困難解釋,相關(guān)研究主要集中在消費(fèi)、健康和學(xué)業(yè)成就等領(lǐng)域。身份動(dòng)機(jī)理論及其研究成果為理解社會(huì)決定因素與個(gè)體行動(dòng)之間的關(guān)系提供了一個(gè)新的框架,也可為臨床咨詢干預(yù)和公共政策制定提供理論基礎(chǔ)。未來研究可將身份動(dòng)機(jī)擴(kuò)展到職業(yè)、群際和人際關(guān)系等領(lǐng)域,重視身份動(dòng)機(jī)模型的限制條件和調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)的研究。
[Abstract]:The theory of identity motivation holds that social identity involves not only the simple knowledge of group members and the positive feelings of inner group relations, but also the preparation for meaning construction and action. From the perspective of situational social cognition, the underlying process of identity motivation consists of three core assumptions: action and process preparation, dynamic construction and difficulty interpretation, and related studies focus on consumption, health and academic achievement. The theory of identity motivation and its research results provide a new framework for understanding the relationship between social determinants and individual actions, and also provide a theoretical basis for clinical counseling and intervention and public policy formulation. In the future, the study of identity motivation can be extended to the fields of occupation, inter-group and interpersonal relations, and the study of limiting conditions and regulating effects of the model of identity motivation should be emphasized.
