自我彈性:理論假說與實證研究

【摘要】:本研究旨在探索中國人的自我,并試圖提出自我彈性理論假說。研究1使用自我彈性、自我監(jiān)控、自我關注及成人心理彈性問卷調查了273名成人被試,分析了自我彈性問卷的效度及影響因素;研究2運用自我彈性問卷篩選出不同自我彈性水平的被試,進行挫折情境下認知判斷任務實驗,驗證自我彈性在挫折情境中的作用。結果表明:驗證了自我彈性理論構建的合理性,自我彈性問卷有較好的信度和效度;自我關注對自我彈性具有顯著的預測效應,自我彈性對心理彈性具有顯著的預測效應;在挫折情境模擬實驗中,高自我彈性個體的認知判斷成績顯著好于低自我彈性的個體。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study is to explore the self-self of Chinese people and try to put forward the hypothesis of self-elasticity theory. In study 1, 273 adult subjects were investigated with self-resilience, self-monitoring, self-concern and adult psychological resilience, and the validity and influencing factors of self-resilience questionnaire were analyzed. In study 2, subjects with different levels of self-elasticity were selected by using self-elasticity questionnaire, and the cognitive judgment task experiment was carried out to verify the role of self-elasticity in frustration situations. The results show that: the rationality of self-elasticity theory is verified, the self-elasticity questionnaire has good reliability and validity, self-concern has significant predictive effect on self-elasticity, self-elasticity has significant predictive effect on psychological elasticity, self-elasticity has significant predictive effect on self-elasticity, and self-elasticity has significant predictive effect on self-elasticity. In the frustration situation simulation experiment, the cognitive judgment scores of the individuals with high self-elasticity were significantly better than those with low self-elasticity.
