基于發(fā)展心理學的學齡前兒童可穿戴設備交互設計研究

【摘要】:全新的移動互聯網時代到來,智能移動終端是工作、生活的必需品,成為信息傳達和服務的最主要載體。根據市場調研發(fā)現,我國智能可穿戴產品逐步走進兒童用戶并呈現出低齡化的趨勢,目前市場上兒童可穿戴產品質量參差不齊并且年齡跨度大,符合各年齡段兒童心理、生理特征的產品很少。關于兒童智能可穿戴產品設計開發(fā)的理論有待完善,特別是真正從用戶的角度出發(fā),以兒童真實需求為落腳點的可穿戴產品設計,值得探討。本課題以學齡前兒童可穿戴設備為研究對象,以發(fā)展心理學作為學齡前兒童教育產品設計的主要理論依據,結合定性和定量的研究方法對數字信息時代下的學齡前兒童進行分析,探索學齡前兒童可穿戴設備交互設計原則與方法,以期促進學齡前兒童可穿戴設備的發(fā)展。文獻分析法研究學齡前兒童用戶的生理、感知、認知、情緒等發(fā)展特征;運用文獻分析法、個案研究法、影隨法、用戶訪談等定性分析方法,對與課題相關的市場背景進行分析研究,了解國內外的研究現狀,分析學齡前兒童的生活現狀與需求,并觀察其生活環(huán)境;結合學齡前用戶的現狀與需求,發(fā)現并得出學齡前兒童可穿戴產品的現狀和需求,通過頭腦風暴法制定并向學齡前兒童和家長發(fā)放可穿戴產品的期望測量問卷,通過定量研究得到更大樣本量的反饋收集,為設計積累可靠理論依據。在調查研究的基礎上,總結出學齡前兒童可穿戴設備交互設計的針對性、簡約性、易用性、隱秘性四大原則;針對學齡前兒童心理、感知、認知和情緒發(fā)展各要素的特征,構建符合用戶感知力、吸引用戶注意力、幫助用戶聚焦、豐富用戶體驗的學齡前兒童可穿戴設備的交互設計方法,為其開發(fā)提供方向指導。從設計實踐的角度入手,運用前文提出的交互設計原則與方法,設計了一款學齡前兒童可穿戴產品《Kip》。運用可用性測試中的用戶測試法對設計方案進行產品的有效性指標、效率指標和滿意度指標進行評估。根據測試得到三項指標的平均數均大于6的數據結果,表示被測有使用意愿并對開放式訪談的結果對原方案進行改進設計。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the new era of mobile internet, intelligent mobile terminal is the necessity of work and life, and becomes the main carrier of information transmission and service. According to the market research, the intelligent wearable products in our country gradually enter the children's users and present the trend of younger age. At present, the quality of the children's wearable products in the market is uneven and the age span is large, which accords with the psychology of children of all ages. There are very few products with physiological characteristics. The theory on the design and development of children's intelligent wearable products needs to be perfected, especially the wearable product design, which is based on the real needs of children and from the point of view of users, is worth discussing. This subject takes wearable equipment of preschool children as the research object, and takes developmental psychology as the main theoretical basis for the design of preschool children's educational products. Combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, this paper analyzes preschool children in digital information age, and explores the principles and methods of wearable device interactive design for preschool children, in order to promote the development of wearable devices for preschool children. Literature analysis is used to study the developmental characteristics of preschool children's physiology, perception, cognition, emotion and so on, and qualitative analysis methods such as literature analysis, case study, shadow following, user interview and so on are used. This paper analyzes and studies the market background related to the subject, understands the current research situation at home and abroad, analyzes the life status and needs of preschool children, and observes their living environment, combining with the current situation and needs of preschool users, Find out the current situation and demand of wearable products of preschool children, develop and distribute the expectation questionnaire of wearable products to preschool children and parents by brainstorming method, and get a larger sample of feedback collection through quantitative research. To accumulate reliable theoretical basis for design. On the basis of investigation and research, this paper summarizes the four principles of wearable device interactive design for preschool children, such as pertinence, simplicity, ease of use and privacy, aiming at the characteristics of psychological, perceptual, cognitive and emotional development elements of preschool children. To construct an interactive design method for preschool children wearable devices in accordance with user perception, to attract user attention, to help users focus and enrich user experience, and to provide guidance for the development of wearable devices. From the point of view of design practice, a wearable product for preschool children < Kip > is designed by using the principles and methods of interactive design. The user testing method in usability testing is used to evaluate the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction index of the design scheme. According to the results of the test, the average of the three indexes is more than 6, which indicates that the test has the will to use and the results of the open interview can improve the design of the original scheme.
