護(hù)士工作壓力對主觀幸福感的影響:工作家庭關(guān)系的中介作用

【摘要】:護(hù)士作為醫(yī)療服務(wù)行業(yè)的一員,隨著醫(yī)患矛盾的加劇,面臨巨大的工作壓力,而隨著國內(nèi)二胎政策開放及老齡化社會的到來,護(hù)士面臨的家庭責(zé)任也日益增加。因此考察護(hù)士工作壓力對主觀幸福感的影響,探討工作家庭關(guān)系在其中的作用是十分必要的。研究一基于工作資源-要求模型和角色身份理論,對554名護(hù)士進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,用項目分析、相關(guān)性分析、回歸分析、路徑分析等探討護(hù)士工作壓力對主觀幸福感的影響機制、工作家庭關(guān)系的中介作用、角色-身份顯著性及家庭支持的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)護(hù)士工作壓力與主觀幸福感呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),與工作-家庭促進(jìn)呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān),而與工作-家庭沖突具有顯著正相關(guān)。(2)護(hù)士工作壓力、工作-家庭沖突及工作-家庭促進(jìn)對其主觀幸福感均有顯著的預(yù)測作用。護(hù)士工作壓力不僅能直接影響主觀幸福感,也能通過工作家庭關(guān)系間接影響主觀幸福感。(3)護(hù)士的家庭支持在工作-家庭促進(jìn)與主觀幸福感之間起到了調(diào)節(jié)作用,促進(jìn)護(hù)士的主觀幸福感水平。(4)護(hù)士角色顯著性在工作壓力和工作家庭關(guān)系之間起到了調(diào)節(jié)作用,家庭角色顯著性能調(diào)節(jié)工作壓力與工作-家庭沖突之間的關(guān)系,工作角色顯著性能調(diào)節(jié)工作壓力與工作-家庭促進(jìn)之間的關(guān)系。研究二在研究一的基礎(chǔ)上選擇典型樣本進(jìn)行個案訪談,從個體層面了解工作壓力、主觀幸福感對個體的意義,一方面輔證了工作壓力對主觀幸福感的影響部分通過工作-家庭關(guān)系實現(xiàn),且對其具體形成過程進(jìn)行深入討論,另一方面探討了研究一未揭示的問題,進(jìn)一步探討護(hù)士家庭支持的調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:As a member of the medical service industry, nurses are faced with enormous working pressure with the intensification of the contradiction between doctors and patients. With the opening of the policy of second child and the arrival of an aging society, nurses are faced with increasing family responsibilities. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the influence of nurses' work stress on subjective well-being and to explore the role of work-family relationship. In the first study, 554 nurses were investigated based on job resource-requirement model and role identity theory. The influence mechanism of nurses' work stress on subjective well-being was investigated by item analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, path analysis and so on. The mediating role of work-family relationship, the role-identity significance and the regulation of family support. The results showed that: (1) there was a significant negative correlation between job stress and subjective well-being, a significant negative correlation with work-family promotion, and a significant positive correlation with work-family conflict. Job-family conflict and job-family promotion have significant predictive effects on subjective well-being. Job stress can not only directly affect subjective well-being, but also indirectly influence subjective well-being through work-family relationship.) Family support of nurses plays a regulatory role between work-family promotion and subjective well-being. Promoting nurses' subjective well-being level. (4) the role of nurses played a significant role in regulating the relationship between work stress and work-family relationship. Family role significantly regulated the relationship between work stress and work-family conflict. Job role significantly regulates the relationship between job stress and work-family promotion. On the basis of study one, the second study selected typical samples for case interviews to understand the significance of job stress and subjective well-being to individuals from the individual level. On the one hand, it proves that the influence of work stress on subjective well-being is partly realized by work-family relationship, and discusses its concrete forming process. On the other hand, it discusses an undisclosed problem. To further explore the regulatory role of nursing family support.
