新手咨詢(xún)師首次心理咨詢(xún)實(shí)踐的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能表現(xiàn)

【摘要】:目的:探討新手咨詢(xún)師在首次心理咨詢(xún)實(shí)踐中專(zhuān)業(yè)技能表現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn)。方法:選取某高校心理咨詢(xún)方向一年級(jí)研究生8名為新手咨詢(xún)師,在同校招募8名大學(xué)生志愿者為來(lái)訪者,對(duì)首次心理咨詢(xún)實(shí)踐錄像,轉(zhuǎn)錄文本后進(jìn)行定性分析,依據(jù)Jennings和Skovholt提出心理咨詢(xún)師專(zhuān)業(yè)水準(zhǔn)的認(rèn)知、情緒及關(guān)系模型分析新手咨詢(xún)師專(zhuān)業(yè)技能的表現(xiàn)。結(jié)果:新手咨詢(xún)師在單次心理咨詢(xún)會(huì)談中旨在建立關(guān)系所占比例最高,占總體反應(yīng)的38.48%;對(duì)情緒的探索和關(guān)注所占比例最低,僅為20.98%。在認(rèn)知方面,新手咨詢(xún)師容易受到自身認(rèn)知的制約,或認(rèn)同來(lái)訪者被動(dòng)接納或拒絕來(lái)訪者試圖引導(dǎo)改變;在情緒方面,新手咨詢(xún)師容易忽略來(lái)訪者的情緒而陷入講道理的困境,因急于影響來(lái)訪者而焦慮;在關(guān)系方面,新手咨詢(xún)師很難整合不同角色使專(zhuān)業(yè)關(guān)系出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,或放低專(zhuān)業(yè)姿態(tài)或執(zhí)拗于咨詢(xún)師身份。結(jié)論:新手咨詢(xún)師對(duì)來(lái)訪者的情緒關(guān)注不足,認(rèn)知的開(kāi)放性尚需提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the characteristics of professional skills of novice counsellors in the first practice of psychological counseling.Methods: eight first-year graduate students in a university were selected as novice counselors, and 8 university volunteers were recruited as visitors. The first video of psychological counseling was recorded and the transcripts were analyzed qualitatively.According to Jennings and Skovholt, the cognitive, emotional and relational model of professional level of psychological counselors was proposed to analyze the performance of professional skills of novice counselors.Results: novice counselors had the highest proportion of relationship building in a single psychological counseling meeting, which accounted for 38.48% of the total response, and the lowest proportion of exploration and attention to emotion was 20.98%.On the cognitive side, novice counselors are vulnerable to the constraints of their own cognition, or identify with visitors passively accepting or refusing visitors to try to lead to change; on the emotional side, novice counselors tend to ignore the client's emotions and fall into a rational dilemma.Anxious to influence visitors; in relation it is difficult for novice counselors to integrate different roles to cause problems in professional relationships or to lower their professional posture or to cling to their role as consultants.Conclusion: novice counselors pay less attention to the emotion of the visitors, and the openness of cognition needs to be improved.
