【摘要】：目的了解某醫(yī)科大學(xué)學(xué)生對(duì)男男同性戀的態(tài)度,并對(duì)其相關(guān)影響因素進(jìn)行分析,為醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)同性戀認(rèn)同研究提供參考。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法,結(jié)合自制的認(rèn)知和態(tài)度量表,對(duì)天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)在校1 010名醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)男男同性戀態(tài)度進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果經(jīng)因子分析,認(rèn)知量表包含對(duì)男男同性戀性質(zhì)認(rèn)知、性交往認(rèn)知和生存認(rèn)知3個(gè)維度,Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.805。態(tài)度量表包含1個(gè)維度,Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.833。分別構(gòu)建了2個(gè)多元回歸模型,模型1中R2=0.083,納入性別(β’=0.135)、朋友中有無同性戀(β’=0.181)、性質(zhì)認(rèn)知(β’=0.686)和生存認(rèn)知(β’=0.131)等變量后,模型2中R~2=0.621,表明性別、朋友中有無同性戀、性質(zhì)認(rèn)知和生存認(rèn)知是醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)男男同性戀態(tài)度的影響因素,其中女性、朋友中有同性戀者、性質(zhì)認(rèn)知和生存認(rèn)知得分高者對(duì)男男同性戀者的態(tài)度更加寬容。結(jié)論醫(yī)學(xué)生對(duì)男男同性戀的態(tài)度與性別、接觸和認(rèn)知密切相關(guān),應(yīng)有針對(duì)性加強(qiáng)健康教育。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the attitude of medical college students towards gay men and analyze the related factors to provide reference for medical students to study homosexual identity.Methods A total of 1010 medical students in Tianjin Medical University were investigated with stratified cluster sampling and self-made cognition and attitude scale.Results the factor analysis showed that the Cronbach 偽 coefficient was 0.805 in three dimensions: male homosexuality cognition, sexual intercourse cognition and survival cognition.The Cronbach 偽 coefficient of attitude scale included one dimension was 0.833.Nature cognition and survival cognition are the influencing factors of medical students' attitude towards male homosexuality. Among them, women and friends have homosexuals, and those with high scores of nature cognition and survival cognition are more tolerant towards male homosexuals.Conclusion the attitude of medical students towards male homosexuals is closely related to gender, contact and cognition, and health education should be strengthened.
