【摘要】：責任心作為個性的重要組成部分,直接影響著青少年的素養(yǎng)及全面發(fā)展。具有責任心的個體,不僅更容易在學習與工作中成功,而且對社會的發(fā)展與進步、和諧與穩(wěn)定起到巨大的促進作用。責任心包括責任認知、責任情感和責任意志行動三個維度。依據(jù)皮亞杰的道德發(fā)展理論以及凱爾曼的態(tài)度形成與轉(zhuǎn)變的理論,責任心的形成與發(fā)展要經(jīng)歷三個階段:服從、認同和內(nèi)化。在這三個階段中,個體的責任認知、責任情感和責任意志行動均有不同的表現(xiàn),并且三個成分在不同發(fā)展階段相互影響、相互促進,進而推動個體的責任心從量變到質(zhì)變、從低級到高級、從他律到自律發(fā)展,逐步達成責任心的內(nèi)化,納入個體個性品質(zhì)中,再外化為具體的行動并指導社會生活實踐。
[Abstract]:Responsibility, as an important part of personality, directly affects the quality and overall development of teenagers.A responsible individual is not only more likely to succeed in study and work, but also plays a great role in promoting social development and progress, harmony and stability.Responsibility includes three dimensions: responsibility cognition, responsibility emotion and responsibility will action.According to Piaget's theory of moral development and Kelman's theory of attitude formation and transformation, the formation and development of responsibility must go through three stages: obedience, identification and internalization.In these three stages, the responsibility cognition, the responsibility emotion and the responsibility will action all have different performance, and the three components influence and promote each other in different development stages, and then promote the individual responsibility from quantitative change to qualitative change.From lower level to higher level, from heteronomy to self-discipline development, we gradually achieve the internalization of responsibility, bring it into individual personality quality, then externalize it into concrete action and guide the practice of social life.
