【摘要】：產(chǎn)后抑郁是產(chǎn)后時(shí)期出現(xiàn)的抑郁癥狀,對(duì)女性及其后代甚至家人都會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重的負(fù)面影響。產(chǎn)后抑郁穩(wěn)定的預(yù)測(cè)因素是遺傳基因、依戀風(fēng)格、童年負(fù)性生活經(jīng)歷和激素水平的變化;涉及的腦區(qū)和神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)集中在前額葉皮層、扣帶回、杏仁核和海馬等腦區(qū)及相應(yīng)神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。未來(lái)應(yīng)在探索綜合的預(yù)測(cè)模型、男性伴侶的對(duì)照試驗(yàn)和基于大腦可塑性特征的干預(yù)模式等方面展開(kāi)深入研究。
[Abstract]:Postpartum depression is a depressive symptom that occurs during the postpartum period, which can cause severe negative effects on women, their offspring and even their families. The predictors of postpartum depression stability are genetic genes, attachment styles, and so on. Changes in childhood negative life experiences and hormone levels; the brain regions and neural networks involved are concentrated in the prefrontal cortex, cingulate gyrus, amygdala and hippocampus, and the corresponding neural networks. A controlled trial of male partners and an intervention model based on the characteristics of brain plasticity were carried out.
