【摘要】：為了解精神病態(tài)罪犯可能存在的執(zhí)行功能缺陷及其是否受沖動性影響,研究采用精神病態(tài)檢核表(PCLR)篩選出30名精神病態(tài)組被試和30名非精神病態(tài)組被試,通過愛荷華賭博任務(IGT)和河內塔任務(TOH)對兩組被試執(zhí)行功能的特點進行分析,并結合沖動性量表(BIS-11)對其沖動性進行測量。研究發(fā)現精神病態(tài)組的沖動性顯著高于控制組;精神病態(tài)組選擇高風險的不利牌顯著多于對照組,即對懲罰不敏感;精神病態(tài)組在河內塔任務中的錯誤次數及所消耗時間都顯著高于控制組;沖動性水平與兩任務得分均無顯著相關。結果表明,精神病態(tài)暴力犯在與前額葉相關的執(zhí)行功能上存在缺陷,并與個體的高沖動性無關。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the mental illness criminals may have executive function defects and whether it is affected by impulsiveness. In this study, 30 subjects in psychopathic group and 30 subjects in non-psychopathic group were selected by PCLR. The characteristics of the executive function of the two groups were analyzed by means of IGT (Iowa Gambling Task) and TOH (Hanoi Tower Task). The impulsiveness was measured by BIS-11. The results showed that the impulsiveness of psychopathic group was significantly higher than that of control group. In the psychopathic group, the adverse cards with high risk were significantly higher than those in the control group, that is, they were insensitive to punishment. The number of errors and the time consumed in the Hanoi tower task in the psychopathic group were significantly higher than those in the control group. There was no significant correlation between the level of impulsiveness and the scores of the two tasks. The results showed that psychopathic violent offenders had defects in the executive function related to the prefrontal lobe and had nothing to do with the individual's high impulsiveness.
