【摘要】：中世紀(jì)英國價(jià)格和工資變遷的動(dòng)因,一直以來都是西方學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn),各家觀點(diǎn)不盡相同,爭論不斷。其中"新人口論"者認(rèn)為人口因素是中世紀(jì)英國價(jià)格和工資變遷的動(dòng)因,人口數(shù)量的增減導(dǎo)致價(jià)格和工資的波動(dòng);但是這一觀點(diǎn)卻遭到了"貨幣論"者的反對,"貨幣論"者認(rèn)為貨幣量的增減和貨幣的貶值才是引起當(dāng)時(shí)價(jià)格和工資變遷的根本原因,而且越來越多的學(xué)者接受了這一觀點(diǎn)。對于這一問題的探討,將有助于史學(xué)界對中世紀(jì)英國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)史的研究。
[Abstract]:The motivation of price and wage change in England in the Middle Ages has always been the focus of western scholars. Among them, the "new demographer" holds that the population factor was the motivation of the price and wage change in medieval England, and the increase or decrease of the population led to the fluctuation of price and wage. However, this view was opposed by the monetary theorist, who believed that the increase or decrease of the monetary volume and the devaluation of the currency were the root causes of the price and wage changes at that time, and more scholars accepted this view. The discussion of this problem will contribute to the study of the economic and social history of England in the Middle Ages.
