【摘要】：阿爾及利亞的卡比爾人問題,是圍繞卡比爾人作為少數(shù)族群的語言與文化權(quán)利而產(chǎn)生的一系列政治、社會(huì)和文化問題。這一問題的產(chǎn)生既有歷史原因,也有現(xiàn)實(shí)因素。法國殖民者對阿拉伯人和柏柏爾人的區(qū)分為卡比爾人問題的產(chǎn)生埋下伏筆。阿爾及利亞獨(dú)立后,卡比利亞地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和內(nèi)部市場的發(fā)展促成該地區(qū)成為一個(gè)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化的共同體。在此背景下,政府的阿拉伯化政策引發(fā)了卡比爾人的文化、政治運(yùn)動(dòng)�？ū葼柸藛栴}在不同的歷史時(shí)期有不同的表現(xiàn)形式,近年來出現(xiàn)了跨國化、地方化的趨勢�？ū葼柸藛栴}長期懸而未決一定程度上不利于阿爾及利亞的統(tǒng)一和穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The Kabir issue in Algeria is a series of political, social and cultural issues surrounding Kabir's linguistic and cultural rights as a minority. The emergence of this problem has both historical reasons and realistic factors. The distinction between the Arabs and the Berbers by the French colonists laid the groundwork for the Kabir question. After the independence of Algeria, the economic restructuring and the development of the internal market of the region led to the region becoming a social, economic and cultural community. In this context, the government's Arabization policy triggered the Kabir people's cultural and political movement. The Kabir problem has different manifestations in different historical periods. In recent years, there has been a trend of transnational and localization. The long-standing Kabir issue is not conducive to the unity and stability of Algeria.
