【摘要】：1917年德國(guó)發(fā)動(dòng)的無(wú)限制潛艇戰(zhàn),并不是一蹴而就式的突然出擊,而是德國(guó)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事形勢(shì)合乎邏輯發(fā)展的結(jié)果。1917年無(wú)限制潛艇戰(zhàn)作為一次戰(zhàn)役達(dá)到了戰(zhàn)術(shù)目的,予協(xié)約國(guó)以沉重打擊。德國(guó)之所以沒(méi)有能夠依靠無(wú)限制潛艇戰(zhàn)最終戰(zhàn)勝英國(guó),主要并不是因?yàn)閰f(xié)約國(guó)采取了護(hù)航制等軍事方面的措施,而是因?yàn)榘绹?guó)在內(nèi)的協(xié)約國(guó)在經(jīng)濟(jì)和資源方面擁有更強(qiáng)大的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)潛力,特別是英國(guó)在封鎖期間表現(xiàn)出的強(qiáng)大生存能力。
[Abstract]:The unlimited submarine war launched by Germany in 1917 was not a sudden attack, but the result of the logical development of Germany's political, economic and military situation. Dealt a heavy blow to the allies. The reason why Germany did not rely on unlimited submarine warfare to defeat Britain in the end was not mainly because the allies adopted military measures such as escort system. It is because the allies, including the United States, have greater economic and resource potential for war, especially the ability of Britain to survive during the blockade.
