【摘要】：正2013年9月29日,由中國社會科學(xué)院世界歷史研究所主辦、西歐北美研究室承辦的"近現(xiàn)代以來歐美社會變革與穩(wěn)定"學(xué)術(shù)研討會在世界歷史研究所召開。來自北京大學(xué)、北京師范大學(xué)、南開大學(xué)、河北師范大學(xué)、中國生態(tài)文明研究與促進(jìn)會以及中國社會科學(xué)院世界歷史研究所、歐洲研究所和俄羅斯東歐中亞研究所等高校和科研院所的專家學(xué)者及研究生共計(jì)五十余人出席了會議,其中有19人作了會議論文報(bào)告。與會者圍繞"近現(xiàn)代以來歐美社會變革與穩(wěn)定"主題展開深入探討。歐洲研究所裘元倫研究員作了《如何在大變革中保持社會穩(wěn)定——以德國為例》的報(bào)告,論述了第二次世界大戰(zhàn)之后德國在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會三個方面的具體改革措施:政治改革將德國從封建軍事專制國家和納粹獨(dú)裁國家改造為民主國家;經(jīng)濟(jì)改革將第三帝國的統(tǒng)制經(jīng)濟(jì)
[Abstract]:On September 29, 2013, a symposium on "Social change and Stability in Europe and America since Modern Times" was held in the Institute of World History, sponsored by the Institute of World History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and hosted by the North American Institute of Western Europe. From Peking University, Beijing normal University, Nankai University, Hebei normal University, China Association for the Research and Promotion of Ecological Civilization and the Institute of World History of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, A total of more than 50 experts, scholars and graduate students from institutions of higher learning and scientific research, such as the European Institute and the Institute of Central Asian Studies in Russia and Eastern Europe, attended the meeting, of which 19 presented papers. Participants around the "modern and modern social change and stability in Europe and the United States" theme launched in-depth discussion. Juyuanlun, a researcher at the European Institute, gave a report on "how to maintain Social Stability in Great change: taking Germany as an example," on German politics after World War II. Specific economic and social reform measures: political reform transformed Germany from a feudal military dictatorship and a Nazi dictatorship to a democratic state; economic reform transformed the economy of the third Reich into a democratic one
