【摘要】：1920年前后,由于中國(guó)的混亂使列強(qiáng)的在華利益受到威脅,以及第一次世界大戰(zhàn)后探索遠(yuǎn)東國(guó)際新秩序的需要,國(guó)際上曾經(jīng)出現(xiàn)過三次要求對(duì)華共管的輿論高潮,各列強(qiáng)政府對(duì)此也進(jìn)行了一定的呼應(yīng)。這個(gè)階段對(duì)華共管論的一次次高漲以及各方面的反應(yīng),體現(xiàn)了1920年代前后列強(qiáng)對(duì)華外交的一些特點(diǎn)。三次共管高潮雖然一次比一次激烈,國(guó)際關(guān)系方面的各種因素卻使之無法發(fā)展成具體的行動(dòng),其中日本對(duì)共管論的反對(duì)是最值得注意的一個(gè)因素,日本的行動(dòng)也成為觀察其此際對(duì)華政策的一個(gè)重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Around 1920, as China's chaos threatened the interests of the great powers in China and the need to explore a new international order in the far East after the first World War, there were three upsurge of public opinion demanding common control over China. The governments of the great powers also echoed this to a certain extent. In this stage, the rise of the theory of Chinese common management and the reactions from all sides reflected some characteristics of the foreign powers' diplomacy towards China around the 1920s. Although the three climaxes of co-management became more intense one after another, various factors in international relations prevented them from developing into concrete actions. Among them, Japan's opposition to the theory of co-management was one of the most noteworthy factors. Japan's actions also serve as an important basis for observing its China policy at this time.
