【摘要】：俄羅斯是世界多極化中的重要一極,是我國眾多鄰國之中最重要的一個。整個歐亞地區(qū)的發(fā)展都對我國的產生至關重要的影響。歐亞主義思維是當今俄羅斯三大社會思潮之一,同時也深刻影響著歐亞地區(qū)發(fā)展的趨勢,更與我國“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略相契合。剖析歐亞主義的歷史、判斷歐亞主義的發(fā)展方向自然有著極強的理論和現實意義�；诙砹_斯獨特歷史文化背景,20世紀20年代初,旅居歐洲的俄羅斯僑民提出歐亞主義的新思維。經過歐亞主義者不懈地鉆研和創(chuàng)新,形成了基本完整的一套理論體系,并結合俄羅斯和歐亞地區(qū)發(fā)展的實際情況,在不同的歷史時期發(fā)展出了古典歐亞主義、蘇聯(lián)時期古米廖夫歐亞主義、新歐亞主義三個基本階段。21世紀,積極發(fā)展日新月異,世界各國均從自身經濟利益出發(fā),以實用主義為原則,各種經濟和區(qū)域一體化組織層出不窮,后蘇聯(lián)空間結合歐亞主義原則也做出了積極反應。俄羅斯能否帶領“歐亞洲”各國形成多極化中的一極,是當今后蘇聯(lián)空間面臨的主要問題。文章除緒論和結論共分四個章節(jié)。第一章敘述了孕育俄羅斯歐亞文化的歷史環(huán)境,從自然和社會文化的角度分析了俄羅斯文化大環(huán)境以及歐亞主義產生的過程。第二章是文章的主要部分。對歐亞主義進行了整體的把握,論證了早期歐亞主義的主要觀點。第三章是對在古典歐亞主義基礎上發(fā)展的古米廖夫歐亞主義和新歐亞主義的內容介紹。第四章,結合歐亞地區(qū)一體化近年來發(fā)展的狀況對歐亞主義的前景進行了預測。
[Abstract]:Russia is an important pole in the multi-polarization of the world and the most important among the many neighboring countries of our country. The development of the whole Eurasia region has a vital influence on our country. Eurasian thinking is one of the three social trends of thought in Russia today, and it also deeply influences the development trend of Eurasia region, and is in accord with the strategy of "Belt and Road" of our country. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the history of Eurasia and to judge the development direction of Eurasia. Based on the unique historical and cultural background of Russia, in the early 1920s, the Russian diaspora living in Europe put forward a new thinking of Eurasia. After unremitting research and innovation by the Eurasians, a basic and complete set of theoretical systems was formed, and classical Eurasia was developed in different historical periods in the light of the actual conditions of the development of Russia and the Eurasian region. During the Soviet period, the three basic stages of the Soviet Unionism and the New Eurasia. In the 21st century, they developed rapidly. All the countries in the world set out from their own economic interests and took pragmatism as the principle. Various economic and regional integration organizations emerged in endlessly, and the post-Soviet space combined with Eurasia principle also made a positive response. Whether Russia can lead the European and Asian countries to form a polarity in the multi-polarity is the main problem in the post-Soviet space. In addition to the introduction and conclusions, the article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter describes the historical environment that gave birth to the Russian Eurasian culture, and analyzes the Russian cultural environment and the process of Eurasia from the perspective of nature and social culture. The second chapter is the main part of the article. The author holds Eurasia as a whole and demonstrates the main viewpoints of early Eurasia. The third chapter introduces the content of Gumilov Eurasia and Neo-Eurasia on the basis of classical Eurasia. In chapter four, the prospect of Eurasia is forecasted according to the development of Eurasian integration in recent years.
