【摘要】： 列寧關于社會主義國家發(fā)展對外關系主要是經(jīng)濟關系的一系列思想及其珍貴實踐，是列寧社會主義建設思想與實踐的重要組成部分，也是毛澤東對外關系思想、鄧小平對外開放理論、黨的新一代領導集體擴大對外開放一系列新舉措的重要思想來源。 本文從以下幾個方面對列寧的社會主義國家發(fā)展對外經(jīng)濟關系的思想展開論述。 第一部分是追溯，講述馬克思和恩格斯關于人類發(fā)展普遍的社會交往的思想。 第二部分是本文的重點，主要闡述列寧關于發(fā)展社會主義對外經(jīng)濟關系的思想，，包括社會主義國家對外經(jīng)濟關系的必要性、可能性；社會主義國家對外經(jīng)濟關系堅持的原則及其基本內容的思想；社會主義國家對外開放的具體措施和對外開放的偉大意義。 第三部分是講述中國共產(chǎn)黨人對列寧關于社會主義國家對外關系思想的借鑒與發(fā)展。包括毛澤東對外關系思想、鄧小平對外開放思想、黨的新一代領導集體對社會主義國家對外開放思想的新探索和新實踐、最后從五個方面論述了在新世紀新階段對進一步發(fā)展對外開放的思考。
[Abstract]:Lenin's thoughts and precious practice on the development of the socialist country's foreign relations are mainly economic relations. It is an important part of Lenin's thought and practice of socialist construction. It is also the idea of Mao Zedong's foreign relations, Deng Xiaoping's opening to the outside world, and a series of new measures to open up the new generation of leadership by the party's new generation of leaders. An important source of thought.
This article discusses Lenin's socialist country's thought of developing foreign economic relations from the following aspects.
The first part traces back to Marx and Engels's Thoughts on the general social interaction of human development.
The second part is the focus of this article. It mainly expounds Lenin's Thoughts on the development of socialist foreign economic relations, including the necessity and possibility of the socialist country's external economic relations, the principle and the basic content of the socialist country's external economic relations, the concrete measures for the opening of the socialist country and its opening to the outside world. The great significance of opening to the outside world.
The third part is about the reference and development of the Chinese Communists on Lenin's Thoughts on the external relations of socialist countries, including the ideas of Mao Zedong's external relations, Deng Xiaoping's opening to the outside world, the new exploration and new practice of the new generation of leadership by the party's new generation of leadership on the opening of the socialist country. Finally, the five aspects are discussed. Thoughts on further opening up to the outside world in the new stage of the new century.
