【摘要】：今年是泰坦尼克號沉船事件一百周年。1912年4月15日凌晨,這艘當時世界上最大最豪華的郵輪在其首航途中,觸撞冰山而沉沒,死亡1500多人,生還僅700多人。對于這次重大災難,當時的媒體是如何報道的?其經(jīng)驗教訓對當代新聞人有何啟示?本文以美國國會圖書館及《紐約時報》的官方網(wǎng)站數(shù)字文獻為資料來源,回顧此次報道的得失及其背后原因。
[Abstract]:This year marks the 100 anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic. In the early hours of April 15th 1912, the world's largest and most luxurious cruise ship hit an iceberg and sank on its first voyage, killing more than 1, 500 people and surviving just over 700. How did the media report at that time? What are its lessons for contemporary journalists? Based on the digital literature of the Library of Congress and the official website of the New York Times, this paper reviews the gain and loss of this report and the reasons behind it.
