【摘要】：韓國自古以來就是中國的鄰邦,在很早以前就與中國保持著經(jīng)濟與文化上的交流。因為在歷史和文化等方面有很多相似的地方,所以我們普遍認為韓國人與中國人沒有什么大的文化差異,在跨文化的交際中也常常按照我們中國人的思維方式、價值觀與他們交際,但是結果最終出現(xiàn)了這樣那樣的摩擦和沖突。所以說這種文化距離最終影響了中韓的經(jīng)濟交流。但是我國對中韓文化差異與韓商直接投資的關系的理論及實證研究都比較的少。在此背景下結合本人的經(jīng)歷,(本人的本科專業(yè)是韓國語,并且曾留學交流,對中韓文化方面有一定的了解)對中韓文化差異在國際直接投資(FDI)中的影響進行深入、系統(tǒng)的研究,對于中韓經(jīng)濟的交流具有重要的理論意義和實際價值。 此論文一共有六章組成：第一章是緒論,其中包含了本論文寫作的意義,框架以及方法和不足之處。第二章是國內外文獻綜述,在文獻綜述中搜集了中外關于文化差異和國際直接投資關系的一些資料,奠定了論文的基礎；文化差異和國際直接投資理論的回顧,使本論文中的一些概念更加明確化。第三部分是中韓文化差異,是本論文開始寫作的線索。通過對中韓價值觀的對比以及中韓民族性格的對比,來論證中韓文化的差異。第四部分和第五部分是本論文寫作的重點部分。在第四部分中著重說明了,韓企在華投資的現(xiàn)狀、韓企在華投資的特點,以及影響韓企在華投資的各種因素。在第四部分中,通過搜集各種數(shù)據(jù)和資料,制作各種表格和圖表,通過數(shù)據(jù)來形象的說明了韓企在華投資的現(xiàn)狀和特征。第五部分是本論文最重要部分。為了驗證文化差異對韓企在華直接投資的影響,第五部分通過韓企在華撤資這種現(xiàn)象為例子,來進行論證和說明。在這一部分中,首先闡述了韓企在華撤資的現(xiàn)狀,撤資的特點；然后重點對韓企撤資的影響要素做了詳細的分析。利用問卷調查得來的數(shù)據(jù),驗證了韓企撤資的各種影響因素,著重分析了與中韓文化差異相關的因素。最終分析的結果是各種影響因素中與中韓文化因素相關的占66.67%,占據(jù)了絕對的位置。論文的第六部分是本論文的最后一部分,重點闡述了建議和對策。
[Abstract]:South Korea has been a neighbor of China since ancient times and has maintained economic and cultural exchanges with China long ago, because there are many similarities in history and culture. Therefore, we generally believe that Koreans and Chinese have no great cultural differences, and in cross-cultural communication, we often communicate with them according to our Chinese way of thinking and values. But the result was eventually friction and conflict. Therefore, this cultural distance ultimately affected the economic exchanges between China and South Korea. But the theory and empirical study on the relationship between the cultural differences between China and South Korea and the direct investment of Korean businessmen. The research is relatively few. In this context combined with my experience. (my undergraduate major is Korean, and has studied abroad, has a certain understanding of Chinese and Korean culture) the impact of cultural differences between China and South Korea in the international direct investment (FDI) in-depth, systematic research. It has important theoretical significance and practical value for the economic exchange between China and South Korea. This thesis consists of six chapters: the first chapter is the introduction, which contains the significance, framework, methods and shortcomings of this paper. The second chapter is a literature review at home and abroad. In the literature review, we collected some information about cultural differences and international direct investment relationship between China and foreign countries, which laid the foundation of the thesis. Cultural differences and the review of the theory of international direct investment make some of the concepts in this paper more clear. The third part is the cultural differences between China and South Korea. Through the comparison of the values of China and Korea and the comparison of the national character of China and Korea. To demonstrate the cultural differences between China and South Korea. Part 4th and part 5th are the key parts of this paper. In part 4th, the paper focuses on the current situation of Korean enterprises' investment in China and the characteristics of Korean enterprises' investment in China. In the 4th part, through collecting all kinds of data and information, making various tables and charts. Through the data to illustrate the current situation and characteristics of Korean enterprises investment in China. Part 5th is the most important part of this paper. In order to verify the impact of cultural differences on Korean enterprises' direct investment in China. Part 5th through the Korean enterprises divestment in China as an example, to demonstrate and explain. In this part, first elaborated the current situation of Korean enterprises divestment in China, the characteristics of divestment; Then focus on the Korean enterprises divestment factors to do a detailed analysis. Using the data obtained from the questionnaire to verify the Korean enterprises divestment of various factors. The final result of the analysis is that 66.67% of the various factors are related to the cultural factors of China and Korea. The 6th part of the paper is the last part of this paper, focusing on the suggestions and countermeasures.
