【摘要】：公共文化設(shè)施是中國文化傳承和新時(shí)期文化服務(wù)的重要依托和主要載體,公共文化設(shè)施為繼承、宣傳、發(fā)揚(yáng)和繁榮中國文化做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn)。近年來,四川省安岳縣在加快經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展和推進(jìn)工業(yè)化、城市化“兩化”互動建設(shè)的進(jìn)程中作了大量有效的探索,全縣的公共文化設(shè)施規(guī)劃布局不斷完善,建設(shè)投入日益增多,功能和利用效率穩(wěn)步提升。本文結(jié)合安岳縣的實(shí)際特別是縣文化館的探索,就基層公共文化設(shè)施建設(shè)管理做一些研究。
[Abstract]:Public cultural facilities are the important support and main carrier of Chinese cultural heritage and cultural service in the new period. Public cultural facilities have made indelible contributions to the inheritance, propaganda, development and prosperity of Chinese culture in recent years. Anyue County in Sichuan Province has made a great deal of effective exploration in the process of accelerating economic and social development and promoting industrialization and urbanization, and the layout of public cultural facilities in the whole county has been continuously improved. The construction investment is increasing day by day, the function and the utilization efficiency are improving steadily. This paper makes some research on the construction and management of the grass-roots public cultural facilities in combination with the actual situation of Anyue County, especially the exploration of the county cultural center.
