【摘要】：可持續(xù)安全目前已成為中國(guó)國(guó)家安全的新理念。習(xí)近平主席近期在上海亞信峰會(huì)的重要講話,提出了共同、綜合、合作、可持續(xù)安全的亞洲安全觀。這可以概括為可持續(xù)安全四項(xiàng)基本原則,堪稱(chēng)是對(duì)和平共處五項(xiàng)原則的繼承和發(fā)展。理解可持續(xù)安全的真諦,有必要從國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略的視角予以解讀。鄧小平30年前提出的兩大時(shí)代主題——和平與發(fā)展,伴隨國(guó)際安全形勢(shì)的變化,如今可以概括為安全與發(fā)展。可持續(xù)安全與可持續(xù)發(fā)展同樣重要。非傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際格局的出現(xiàn)及矛盾激化,迫使美國(guó)調(diào)整在傳統(tǒng)國(guó)際格局內(nèi)的政策優(yōu)先順序。中美謀求可持續(xù)安全有利于新型大國(guó)關(guān)系的建立與發(fā)展。中國(guó)弘揚(yáng)可持續(xù)安全理念可大有作為。
[Abstract]:Sustainable security has now become a new concept of China's national security. President Xi Jinping's recent important speech at the CICA summit in Shanghai put forward a common, comprehensive and cooperative approach. The Asian security concept of sustainable security. This can be summed up as the four basic principles of sustainable security, which can be regarded as an inheritance and development of the five principles of peaceful coexistence... understanding the true meaning of sustainable security, It is necessary to interpret it from the perspective of international strategy. The two major themes of the times proposed by Deng Xiaoping 30 years ago-peace and development-are accompanied by changes in the international security situation. Today it can be summed up as security and development. Sustainable security is as important as sustainable development. The emergence and intensification of non-traditional international patterns, To force the United States to adjust its policy priorities within the traditional international structure. The pursuit of sustainable security between China and the United States is conducive to the establishment and development of a new type of great power relationship. China can do much to promote the concept of sustainable security.
