【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放三十年來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力迅速發(fā)展,綜合國(guó)力和國(guó)際地位顯著提升,新中國(guó)日益繁榮,目前已經(jīng)進(jìn)入中華民族偉大復(fù)興的最后一程。在這一特殊的歷史時(shí)期,抓住機(jī)遇,實(shí)現(xiàn)夢(mèng)想,圓中華兒女的復(fù)興夢(mèng),是一個(gè)前所未有、前無(wú)古人的課題。最后一程也是最為關(guān)鍵的一步,走好這一步,前程似錦,反之,前功盡棄。因此,特別需要我們從其他國(guó)家的經(jīng)驗(yàn)上尋找借鑒。美國(guó)在19世紀(jì)末成為經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó),到第二次世界大戰(zhàn)結(jié)束時(shí)成為霸權(quán)國(guó),它用半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的時(shí)間走完了確立全球霸權(quán)的"最后一程"。對(duì)比中美在崛起階段的異同,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)美國(guó)從經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó)成長(zhǎng)為世界強(qiáng)國(guó)的道路上,在國(guó)內(nèi)國(guó)際上的很多做法值得我國(guó)借鑒。文章旨在通過(guò)分析美國(guó)的霸權(quán)成長(zhǎng)之路及與中國(guó)發(fā)展道路的比較,借鑒美國(guó)崛起中的精神實(shí)質(zhì),并結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,探索實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的道路。文章主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究、歷史研究和比較分析的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)際權(quán)力、霸權(quán)等相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)的深入研讀和分析,全面審視美國(guó)的霸權(quán)成長(zhǎng)之路,并將中國(guó)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與當(dāng)時(shí)的美國(guó)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,分析異同點(diǎn),為中華民族的偉大復(fù)興提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。文章的導(dǎo)論分為三部分:一是探討這一研究的目的與意義,澄清理論研究和輿情中的偏頗;二是相關(guān)概念界定及學(xué)習(xí)借鑒國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基本態(tài)度;三是國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述。文章主要分為三個(gè)章節(jié):第一章是全面審視美國(guó)從19世紀(jì)末到二戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后這一歷史時(shí)期在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、對(duì)外關(guān)系等方面的做法,探究其如何從經(jīng)濟(jì)大國(guó)一步步的成長(zhǎng)為霸權(quán)國(guó)。第二章是對(duì)比分析中美兩國(guó)發(fā)展路徑的異同,分析美國(guó)霸權(quán)的確立對(duì)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的啟示。第三章是根據(jù)美國(guó)霸權(quán)之路的啟示,探討中國(guó)如何在自身發(fā)展和與國(guó)際體系的互動(dòng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族的偉大復(fù)興。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China's economic strength has developed rapidly, its comprehensive national strength and international status have improved significantly, and the new China has become increasingly prosperous. At present, we have entered the last stage of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. In this special historical period, it is unprecedented to seize the opportunity to realize our dream and fulfill the dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese people. Never before the subject. The last step is also the most critical step, to take this step, the future like a brilliant, conversely, all previous work. Therefore. In particular, we need to learn from the experience of other countries. The United States became an economic power at the end of 19th century and a hegemonic power by the end of the second World War. Compared with the similarities and differences between China and the United States in the rising stage, it can be found that the United States has grown from an economic power to a world power. Many domestic and international practices are worthy of our country's reference. The purpose of this article is to draw lessons from the spiritual essence of the rise of the United States by analyzing the growth path of American hegemony and the comparison with the way of development of China. The article mainly adopts the methods of literature research, historical research and comparative analysis to explore the way to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Through the in-depth study and analysis of the relevant theories and documents of hegemony, the author examines the growth of American hegemony in an all-round way, and compares the current situation of China's development with that of the United States at that time, and analyzes the similarities and differences between China and the United States at that time. The introduction of the article is divided into three parts: first, to explore the purpose and significance of this study, and to clarify the bias in theoretical research and public opinion; Second, the basic attitude of defining relevant concepts and learning from international experience; The first chapter is a comprehensive survey of the historical period from the end of 19th century to the end of World War II in the political, economic, cultural, foreign relations and other aspects. The second chapter is a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between China and the United States in the path of development. The third chapter is based on the enlightenment of the road of American hegemony. How to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in its own development and interaction with the international system.
