【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間在給我們生活帶來(lái)極大便利的同時(shí),也帶來(lái)了諸多新的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)是解決網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間發(fā)展帶來(lái)的國(guó)家利益沖突的基本原則。本文歸納分析了當(dāng)前世界范圍內(nèi)對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)持贊同、反對(duì)和認(rèn)為不重要的三種觀點(diǎn),并對(duì)重要的國(guó)際組織和世界主要國(guó)家對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)的態(tài)度進(jìn)行了綜述,以期達(dá)到對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)主權(quán)現(xiàn)狀的客觀認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Cyberspace not only brings us great convenience in life, but also brings many new problems and challenges. Network sovereignty is the basic principle to solve the conflict of national interests brought about by the development of cyberspace. This paper summarizes and analyzes three kinds of viewpoints which are agreed, opposed and unimportant to the network sovereignty in the world at present. It also summarizes the attitudes of important international organizations and major countries to network sovereignty in order to achieve an objective understanding of the status quo of network sovereignty.
