【摘要】：目前西方學界的國際關(guān)系史書寫中的"歐洲中心論"元敘事,既包含對非西方世界歷史地位的忽視和貶低,同時也遮蔽了人們對歐洲或西方歷史的準確認知。它籠罩下的國際關(guān)系史敘事主要表現(xiàn)出三種偏好:即偏好于主權(quán)國家、偏好于體系、偏好于條約。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,西方的國際關(guān)系史研究中的英國學派,為破除"歐洲中心論"所付出的努力給我們提供了有益的啟示,然而,其仍在一定程度上保留著"歐洲中心論"的痕跡。在如何進一步提升國際關(guān)系史敘事實踐的問題上,應(yīng)當更多地關(guān)注社會的影響與作用;重視非國家行為體的活動;注意國際體系內(nèi)部的互動與相互影響;處理好國際關(guān)系史專題研究與宏觀把握之間的辯證關(guān)系;克服在資料上片面強調(diào)條約和政府檔案的傾向。
[Abstract]:At present, the meta-narrative of Eurocentrism in the history of international relations in western academic circles includes not only the neglect and belittling of the historical status of the non-Western world, but also the accurate cognition of Europe or Western history. The narration of the history of international relations mainly shows three kinds of preferences: preference for sovereign state, preference for system and preference for treaty. After the end of the Cold War, the British school in the study of the history of international relations in the West provided us with useful inspiration for the efforts made to break up the "Eurocentrism", but to some extent, it still retained the trace of "Eurocentrism". On how to further enhance the narrative practice of the history of international relations, we should pay more attention to the influence and function of society, to the activities of non-State actors, to the interaction and interaction within the international system. To deal with the dialectical relationship between the monographic study of the history of international relations and the macroscopic grasp, and to overcome the tendency of one-sided emphasis on treaties and government archives.
