【摘要】：二十世紀(jì)末以來(lái),“80后”一詞不斷出現(xiàn)在新聞、媒體、公眾的面前并被公眾所熟知。 歸結(jié)“80后”的形成原因在于“80”后所處的社會(huì)背景,其背景源于社會(huì)的斷層式變遷,就這種現(xiàn)象而言“80后”是我國(guó)所特有的一個(gè)群體。我國(guó)地大物博,人口眾多,1978年我國(guó)開(kāi)始實(shí)行計(jì)劃生育,其目的是控制人口的增加,在此政策的影響下獨(dú)生子女伴隨著家長(zhǎng)的溺愛(ài)畸形成長(zhǎng),三口之家的家庭模式成為社會(huì)新興家庭構(gòu)成的主旋律,“80后”以自我為中心的思想個(gè)性開(kāi)始萌發(fā)。 改革開(kāi)放初期,是“80后”開(kāi)始形成自己的思想和意識(shí)形態(tài)的時(shí)期,現(xiàn)在正是80年代出生的青年人一代進(jìn)入就業(yè)的年齡,一個(gè)日益壯大的群體—“啃老族”浮出水面�！翱欣献濉钡男纬蓵r(shí)間要追溯到我國(guó)社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期,是社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)變化過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的新興特殊群體,它也是因?yàn)槲覈?guó)就業(yè)形式的轉(zhuǎn)變而形成的。受我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革帶來(lái)的人力資源的充裕所影響,本文以中國(guó)一個(gè)特殊時(shí)代背景下成長(zhǎng)的一個(gè)特殊群體“80后啃老族”為研究對(duì)象。 中國(guó)“80后”一代,據(jù)官方統(tǒng)計(jì)大約有四億七千萬(wàn)人左右,這么如此龐大的年輕大軍是我國(guó)當(dāng)前人力資源的重要組成部分,將在我國(guó)21世紀(jì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)中發(fā)揮重要的作用。就是這些本應(yīng)在祖國(guó)發(fā)展建設(shè)當(dāng)中做出貢獻(xiàn)的“80后”青年大軍們卻在這個(gè)時(shí)候被動(dòng)或主動(dòng)的選擇了閑置在家,依靠年邁父母的接濟(jì)度日,虛度了大好的青春年華,不能用自己的勞動(dòng)和所學(xué)的知識(shí)技能體現(xiàn)自己的人生價(jià)值,我們將這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象稱(chēng)之為“啃老”。目前“80后”這一群體正處于高校畢業(yè)即將就業(yè)或已經(jīng)就業(yè)階段而“啃老”現(xiàn)在在這一群體中表現(xiàn)的最為突出,占“啃老”大軍的比重較大。所以本文選取“80后啃老族”作為研究對(duì)象。“80后啃老族”這一現(xiàn)象給家庭帶來(lái)了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)壓力和負(fù)擔(dān),并且從一個(gè)家庭問(wèn)題逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變成一個(gè)社會(huì)問(wèn)題。“80后啃老族”這一現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重的影響到我國(guó)社會(huì)正常運(yùn)行與穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。所帶來(lái)的負(fù)面影響已經(jīng)成為不容忽視的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。本文嘗試從社會(huì)學(xué)分析的角度,通過(guò)個(gè)案研究的方法,以面對(duì)面的交流融入“80后啃老族”的生活,選出幾個(gè)具有代表性的個(gè)案透視深層因素。通過(guò)對(duì)“80后啃老族”相關(guān)概念的界定以及社會(huì)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的思考,在“社會(huì)資本”與“社會(huì)排斥”的理論基礎(chǔ)上從社會(huì)學(xué)角度對(duì)“80后啃老族”進(jìn)行分析。 本文共五部分,第一部分首先介紹了本課題的研究對(duì)象,選題的背景和研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀與分析以及研究方法；第二部分主要是引用社會(huì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論用“社會(huì)資本”和“社會(huì)排斥”的理論從社會(huì)學(xué)的角度分別闡述各類(lèi)型“80后啃老族”的特點(diǎn),并結(jié)合收集來(lái)的具有代表性的個(gè)案訪談將“80后啃老族”按其自身特征將其總結(jié)分類(lèi)；第三部分主要是對(duì)“80后啃老族”的形成原因進(jìn)行闡述,并從家庭、教育、就業(yè)市場(chǎng)、“80后”自身原因等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的剖析；第四部分主要介紹“80后啃老族”這一群體對(duì)社會(huì)及家庭的影響并從正反兩方面分別敘述了“80后啃老族”“啃老”這種行為對(duì)其家庭和社會(huì)產(chǎn)生的重要影響；第五部分主要在對(duì)“80后啃老族”這一特殊群體的形成原因進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上。通過(guò)構(gòu)建啃老族的家庭教育觀念、完善教育內(nèi)容、完善就業(yè)機(jī)制,創(chuàng)造良好的就業(yè)環(huán)境。探討“80后啃老族”的解決對(duì)策。希望能找到解決這一社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的良好辦法,從而使得“80后啃老族”重新回歸社會(huì)。
[Abstract]:Since the late twentieth Century, the word "post-1980s" has been constantly appearing in the news, media and the public and is well known to the public.
The cause of the formation of "after 80" is due to the social background after "80". Its background is derived from the social fault change. In terms of this phenomenon, the "Post 80" is a unique group in China. China has a vast territory and a large population. In 1978, China began to carry out family planning, the purpose of which is to control the increase of the population and the shadow of this policy. The family pattern of the three family has become the main theme of the social emerging families, and the "Post 80" as a self centered ideology begins to germinate.
At the beginning of the reform and opening up, it was the period when the "post-1980s" began to form its own ideology and ideology. Now it is the age of the young people born in 80s. A growing group - the "gnawing family" emerges. The formation time of the "gnawing family" is traced to the period of social transformation in China and the change of social structure. The new special group produced in the process is also formed because of the transformation of the form of employment in our country. Influenced by the abundant human resources brought by the reform of the market economy system of our country, this article is based on a special group of "post-80s gnawing people", which grew up under the background of a special era in China.
The "Post 80" generation of China, according to the official statistics, has about four hundred and seventy million people. Such a huge young army is an important part of our current human resources. It will play an important role in the economic construction of our country in twenty-first Century. This is the "Post 80" young army, which should have contributed to the development and construction of the motherland. But at this time, the passive or active choice of idle home, relying on the aging of the elderly parents, wasted a good youth, can not use their own labor and knowledge skills to reflect the value of their life, we call this social phenomenon "gnawing". At present, the "Post 80" group is in college graduation. The "gnawing" in this group is the most prominent in the period of employment or employment, and the proportion of the "Ken Lao" army is larger. Therefore, this article selects "the Post 80 nibbling people" as the research object. The phenomenon of "after 80 nibbling the old people" has brought great economic pressure and burden to the family, and from a family problem. Gradually transforming into a social problem. The phenomenon of "after 80 nibbling of the old people" has seriously affected the normal operation and stable development of our society. The negative effect has become a social problem that can not be ignored. This paper tries to integrate the face-to-face communication into the "8" from the perspective of sociological analysis, through the method of case study. 0 the life of the post nibbling family, selected several representative case perspective deep factors. Through the definition of the concept of "80 NIBEL family" and the thinking in the field of sociology, the "Post 80 nibbling people" was analyzed from the sociological perspective on the basis of "social capital" and "social exclusion" theory.
This article consists of five parts. The first part introduces the object of the study, the background and significance of the topic, the status and analysis of domestic and foreign research, and the method of research. The second part is mainly about the related theories of sociology and the theory of "social capital" and "social exclusion" from the sociological point of view. In the third part, the reasons for the formation of the "Post 80 nibbling people" are expounded, and the systematic profile of the causes of the family, education, the employment market and the "Post 80" is carried out systematically. The fourth part mainly introduces the influence of the "Post 80 nibbo" group on the society and the family, and narrates the important influence of "gnawing old people" and "gnawing the old" on their family and society from the positive and negative two aspects. The fifth part is mainly about the formation of the special group of "the Post 80 nibbling people". On the basis of in-depth analysis, by constructing the family education concept of the gnawing family, perfecting the content of education, perfecting the employment mechanism and creating a good employment environment, this paper probes into the solutions to the "Post 80 nibbling people", and hopes to find a good way to solve this social phenomenon so as to make the "post-1980s nibbling people" return to the society.
