【摘要】：在加強(qiáng)國家治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化政策的指引下,社會工作督導(dǎo)作為社會工作專業(yè)的中高級人才,為本土社會工作的專業(yè)化和職業(yè)化的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著引領(lǐng)性和指導(dǎo)性的作用。本文主要探討的是本土社會工作督導(dǎo)關(guān)系中的情感聯(lián)結(jié)特征和影響因素。本文運(yùn)用質(zhì)性研究中扎根理論的研究方法,通過深度訪談的方法收集資料,進(jìn)行開放式編碼、主軸編碼和選擇式編碼,了解到:首先,本土社會工作督導(dǎo)關(guān)系中的情感聯(lián)結(jié)主要由初級性的情感成分和次級性的情感成分交織構(gòu)成,并產(chǎn)生期望、焦慮、抗拒、尷尬等幾個具體的情感"橫截面"。其次,以情感為軸,督導(dǎo)關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了質(zhì)疑與信任、沖突與協(xié)商、主動與畏懼和親密與孤獨(dú)四個階段。再次,隱性沖突作為督導(dǎo)關(guān)系情感聯(lián)結(jié)中的別樣聯(lián)結(jié),是督導(dǎo)和督導(dǎo)對象互動的重要形式,其表現(xiàn)形式主要包括言出不行、固執(zhí)己見、信任缺失、認(rèn)同缺位、理念分歧等方面,尊重和順從成為本土督導(dǎo)關(guān)系中處理沖突的主要策略。進(jìn)而,本文從全球化-本土性路徑下探討了型塑督導(dǎo)關(guān)系中情感聯(lián)結(jié)的因素。最后,對督導(dǎo)關(guān)系情感聯(lián)結(jié)、督導(dǎo)關(guān)系、督導(dǎo)實(shí)踐和督導(dǎo)角色定位進(jìn)行了簡要思考,同時對扎根理論的研究方法以及未來的研究展望進(jìn)行了簡短的討論與反思。本文立足于全球化與本土化、情感與科層制之張力,采用扎根理論的質(zhì)性研究方法,充分發(fā)揮督導(dǎo)和督導(dǎo)對象主體建構(gòu)的作用,從資料中檢索信息從而建構(gòu)關(guān)于本土社會工作督導(dǎo)關(guān)系的相關(guān)理論,為優(yōu)化本土督導(dǎo)關(guān)系提供理論保證,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)本土社會工作督導(dǎo)制度及社會工作專業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the policy of strengthening the national governance system and the modernization of the governance ability, the supervision of social work as the middle and senior personnel of the social work major plays a leading and guiding role for the professional and professional development of the local social work. This paper mainly discusses the emotional connection in the supervision relationship of local social work. Characteristics and influencing factors. In this paper, we use the method of taking root theory in qualitative research to collect data through in-depth interview, and carry out open coding, spindle coding and selective encoding. First, the emotional connection in the local social work supervision relationship is mainly made up of primary emotional components and secondary emotional components. The fabric consists of several specific emotional "cross sections", such as expectation, anxiety, resistance and embarrassment. Secondly, with emotion as the axis, supervision relationship has experienced four stages of questioning and trust, conflict and negotiation, initiative and fear and intimacy and loneliness. The important form of movement, its form of expression mainly includes the words and out, the lack of trust, the lack of identity, the differences of ideas, respect and obedience as the main strategy to deal with the conflict in the local supervision relationship. Then, this paper discusses the factors of emotional connection in the relationship of plastic supervision under the globalization and local path. Finally, to the governor At the same time, a brief discussion and Reflection on the research methods of the theory of grounded theory and the prospect of the future research are carried out briefly. This paper is based on the tension of globalization and localization, the tension of emotion and the bureaucracy, and the qualitative research method of grounded theory. To play the role of the subject construction of the supervision and supervision objects, retrieve information from the information and thus construct the relevant theories about the supervision relations of local social work, provide theoretical guarantee for the optimization of local supervision relations, and then promote the development of local social work supervision system and social work specialty.
