【摘要】：地區(qū)發(fā)展模式是社區(qū)工作三大實(shí)踐模式之一,該模式從對個(gè)人、社會構(gòu)成、行為動機(jī)和發(fā)展與變遷等四種假設(shè)出發(fā),特別注重社區(qū)的發(fā)展,旨在為通過社區(qū)工作者運(yùn)用專業(yè)的社會工作技巧有效的組織和引導(dǎo)居民積極參與社區(qū)事務(wù),使社區(qū)中的個(gè)人能力意識提高、人與人之間的關(guān)系融洽和諧、整個(gè)社區(qū)歸屬感增強(qiáng)等社區(qū)各方面均得到不同程度的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文是以關(guān)中某鄉(xiāng)村集中罹患癌癥事件為案例,分析了集合行為的發(fā)生演變,以及社區(qū)社會工作干預(yù)的過程。在集合行為發(fā)生的初級階段即只是在社區(qū)層面引發(fā)群體恐慌時(shí)采用斯梅爾賽的價(jià)值累加理論對其恐慌因素進(jìn)行分析,并運(yùn)用地區(qū)發(fā)展模式的促進(jìn)居民交流與團(tuán)結(jié)鄰里的策略技巧開展社區(qū)活動幫助村莊提高互幫互助的能力和自助的信念,通過風(fēng)俗、習(xí)慣和道德等傳統(tǒng)方式增強(qiáng)村莊應(yīng)對群體恐慌的社會控制能力,使本村村民最終能夠運(yùn)用自己的力量共同面對問題并解決問題,為建設(shè)一個(gè)和諧社區(qū)而努力,將恐慌的霧霾驅(qū)逐。通過兩個(gè)階段社區(qū)活動的干預(yù),本文對地區(qū)發(fā)展模式開展活動的效果進(jìn)行了論述,闡明了村民的恐慌從情緒、行為和社會控制能力三個(gè)方面的干預(yù)效果,從而論證了地區(qū)發(fā)展模式在實(shí)踐中能夠在社區(qū)層面解決村民的群體恐慌問題。同時(shí),從另一個(gè)角度也對地區(qū)發(fā)展模式干預(yù)的特征和局限性進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與反思。
[Abstract]:The regional development model is one of the three practical models of community work, which focuses on the development of the community from the four hypotheses of individual, social composition, behavior motivation and development and change. Aimed at effectively organizing and guiding residents to participate actively in community affairs through the use of professional social work skills by community workers, so as to raise the awareness of individual abilities in the community and to bring harmony between people. The whole community sense of belonging and other aspects of the community have been coordinated development to varying degrees. This paper analyzes the evolution of collective behavior and the process of social work intervention in a rural area in Guanzhong. In the initial stage of collective behavior, which is only causing panic at the community level, using the value accumulation theory of Smersey to analyze the panic factors. And the use of regional development model to promote the communication and unity of the neighborhood strategy skills to carry out community activities to help villages improve the ability to help each other and self-help beliefs, through customs, Traditional ways, such as habit and morality, enhance the social control ability of the village to deal with group panic, so that the village villagers can finally use their own strength to face problems and solve problems together, and work hard to build a harmonious community. Banish the panicked haze. Through the intervention of two stages of community activities, this paper discusses the effects of the activities carried out by the regional development model, and expounds the intervention effects of villagers' panic from three aspects: emotion, behavior and social control ability. It demonstrates that the regional development model can solve the problem of community panic in the community level. At the same time, from another point of view, the characteristics and limitations of regional development model intervention are summarized and reflected.
