【摘要】：基于既有研究成果提出工作本身滿意度、薪酬福利滿意度、個人發(fā)展?jié)M意度和社會支持滿意度4維度的社會工作者的工作滿意度評價體系。借鑒SEM模型和蘭州和武漢市的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建和檢驗了社會工作者工作滿意度評估模型。在該評估模型中,薪酬福利滿意度對社會工作者的工作滿意度影響最大,其路徑系數(shù)達0.85,個人發(fā)展?jié)M意度次之,路徑系數(shù)為0.78,工作本身滿意度的影響較小,路徑系數(shù)為0.53,社會支持滿意度的影響最小,路徑系數(shù)為0.49。提高社會工作者的工作滿意度,關(guān)鍵是完善社會工作者薪酬福利制度,健全職業(yè)發(fā)展機制,提高薪酬福利水平和個人發(fā)展?jié)M意度。
[Abstract]:Based on the existing research results, job satisfaction, compensation and welfare satisfaction are proposed. The evaluation system of job satisfaction of social workers in the four dimensions of personal development satisfaction and social support satisfaction. The SEM model and the survey data of Lanzhou and Wuhan are used for reference. The evaluation model of social worker's job satisfaction is constructed and tested. In this model, the satisfaction of salary and welfare has the greatest influence on the social worker's job satisfaction, its path coefficient is 0.85, and the personal development satisfaction is the second. The path coefficient is 0.78, the influence of job satisfaction is small, the path coefficient is 0.53, the social support satisfaction is the least, the path coefficient is 0.49.The key to improve social workers' job satisfaction is to improve the social workers' compensation and welfare system. Improve the career development mechanism, improve the level of salary and welfare and personal development satisfaction.
