[Abstract]:On August 21 , 2017 , the twenty - second annual session of the Research Center of the Chinese Characteristic Socialism Theoretical System of the National Academy of Social Sciences and the theoretical seminar were held in Changchun . The meeting was organized by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences , the Research Center of the Theoretical System of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics , the Publicity Department of Jilin Province and organized by the Academy of Social Sciences of Jilin Province . This is a nationwide , high - level academic exchange and theoretical discussion event organized by the Communist Party of China ' s theoretical circle .
