【摘要】：正中國經濟經過改革開放30多年的快速發(fā)展,已成為世界第二大經濟實體,面臨產業(yè)升級和結構調整的巨大壓力。雖然提高經濟效益、轉變經濟增長方式、轉變經濟發(fā)展方式已被提出多年,但是收效并不顯著,數(shù)量擴張型經濟增長仍是發(fā)展的主旋律。
