【摘要】： 作為中國共產(chǎn)黨第一代中央領導集體的重要成員和第二代中央領導集體的核心，在幾十年革命和建設生涯的磨難沉浮中，鄧小平親眼目睹了中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主發(fā)展中的成功與失誤、正確與偏差，親身感受到搞好黨內(nèi)民主建設的重要性和迫切性。他豐富、恢宏、艱辛的政治磨礪為他黨內(nèi)民主思想的形成發(fā)展提供了豐富的養(yǎng)料。通過對無產(chǎn)階級政黨特別是中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主建設經(jīng)驗教訓的深刻反思和科學總結，鄧小平逐漸形成了自己獨具特色的黨內(nèi)民主思想，為黨在新時期發(fā)展黨內(nèi)民主提供了豐富的理論資源。 全文共分為前言、正文和結語三個部分。前言在簡略概括黨內(nèi)民主建設在黨建中的重要地位之后，針對學術界目前此方面研究的現(xiàn)狀，指出本文的研究目的、方法和基本價值。正文共分為三章。第一章主要分析了鄧小平黨內(nèi)民主思想形成發(fā)展的依據(jù)和背景：馬克思主義黨內(nèi)民主理論是其理論基礎，中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主建設正反兩方面的經(jīng)驗教訓是其歷史依據(jù)，十一屆三中全會后中國共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主建設的實踐是其現(xiàn)實源泉，蘇聯(lián)共產(chǎn)黨黨內(nèi)民主建設上的極端化走向及其垮臺的悲劇是其國際背景。第二章首先簡單回顧了鄧小平黨內(nèi)民主思想形成發(fā)展歷程，然后從功能目標、中心內(nèi)容和建設方略三方面重點探討了其主要理論認識和貢獻，對其反映出的主要特點也單獨給予了歸納。第三章論述了鄧小平黨內(nèi)民主思想在鄧小平黨建理論中的重要地位，，并且闡發(fā)了其對當前黨內(nèi)民主建設和社會主義民主政治建設的啟發(fā)意義。結束語部分指出鄧小平黨內(nèi)民主思想是需要發(fā)展的理論，我們必須堅持并要不斷完善它。
[Abstract]:As an important member of the first generation of the central leadership of the Communist Party of China and the core of the second generation of the collective leadership of the Central Committee, during the vicissitudes of decades of revolution and construction career, Deng Xiaoping witnessed the success and failure, the right and the deviation in the development of the CPC's inner-party democracy, and personally felt the importance and urgency of doing a good job in the inner-party democratic construction. His rich, magnificent, hard political hone provided rich nourishment for the formation and development of his democratic thought. Through the profound reflection and scientific summary of the experiences and lessons of the proletarian party, especially the Communist Party of China, in the construction of democracy, Deng Xiaoping gradually formed his own unique inner-party democratic thought. It provides abundant theoretical resources for the Party to develop inner-party democracy in the new period. The full text is divided into three parts: preface, text and conclusion. After briefly summarizing the important position of inner-party democratic construction in the party building, the preface points out the purpose, method and basic value of this paper in view of the present situation of academic research in this field. The text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter mainly analyzes the basis and background of the formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's inner-party democratic thought: the Marxist theory of inner-party democracy is the theoretical basis, and the historical basis is the positive and negative aspects of the CPC's inner-party democratic construction. After the third Plenary session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, the practice of the inner-party democratic construction of the Communist Party of China is its realistic source. The extreme trend and the tragedy of the collapse of the CPC inner-party democracy construction in the Soviet Union are its international background. The second chapter briefly reviews the history of formation and development of Deng Xiaoping's inner-party democratic thought, and then probes into its main theoretical understanding and contribution from three aspects: function goal, central content and construction strategy. The main features reflected in this paper are also summarized separately. The third chapter discusses the important position of Deng Xiaoping's inner-party democratic thought in the theory of the Party building of Deng Xiaoping, and expounds its enlightening significance for the current inner-party democratic construction and socialist democratic political construction. The conclusion part points out that Deng Xiaoping's democratic thought is a theory that needs to be developed, and we must insist on it and improve it constantly.
